A peaceful haven in the heart of Nottingham. We were dropping off things for our son who is at Uni in the city and this was our second stay at Hart’s. We arrived at the hotel ahead of check in time. A very polite male receptionist showed us where we could get a coffee and he checked if our room was ready. We stayed in room 8 on the same floor as reception. The room was well furnished, clean and had a very cosy feel. Very comfortable bed, mini bar, Jing teas, filter coffee and a lovely bottle of fresh milk. There was filtered water in the kettle ready to make a drink, plus a large bottle of filtered water. The bathroom was clean and had L’Occitane toiletries which smelt so lovely. We had the windows open it was so quiet, broken only by the birds singing in the garden. Great views over The Park area of the city. There was complimentary use of umbrellas they were much appreciated as it rained alot!! We opted for breakfast which was sourced from some great local providers, it was delicious. Lovely stay, we will be back.

Lovely room with a great bathroom, comfortable bed. Service was second to none, reception did everything to accommodate and I even got a complimentary breakfast. Will certainly be recommending and returning

Stayed for one night and first impressions were good. The room albeit small was OK with lots of the little extras like cafetiere coffee, posh toiletries and things you don't really need. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. The one thing I thought the hotel let itself down on was the breakfast. Expecting a nice cooked offering after reading the menu, I was disappointed at what I felt was poorly laid out, poorly cooked food and lack of choice. The sausages were hard and dry and the scrambled egg was wet and sloppy. I couldn't eat the eggs so I ordered some fried eggs which came out burnt. Bread was very dry and no choice of juices. Considering the price of the breakfast I expected better.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. All staff were very friendly and efficient, location was great (nice to be very close to city centre but not directly on the high street)|Only small negatives were having to pay £10.95 per day for on site car park (which only had about 10 spaces) and full English being £5 extra per person in addition to the £12 per person charge for breakfast|Overall it was a lovely little hotel, amazingly clean, posh coffees and tea in the room along with filtered water, a comfortable bed and a really well maintained bathroom area|Thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed for one night. We received a friendly welcome and then enjoyed an afternoon tea. Lovely food, tea, & Prosecco. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was small & relaxing. ||The Hotel is in a quiet spot and we liked our Garden room. It was average size but more than adequate for one night. Lovely toiletries, tea/coffee facilities & mini-bar. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Shame the sun wasn’t shining to sit outside. ||The hotel is a very short walk to the Playhouse Theatre. We were just back in time for a main course in the restaurant. Bar stays open till late. We didn’t experience breakfast as we had to leave early. ||It is pricy but was a nice treat. Would definitely return.

Wonderful location near the castle. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely, welcoming staff. We loved our double room and can only imagine what the garden rooms must be like. The waiter in the restaurant was second to none. He not only made us feel welcome, he made us feel special. The lamb was stupendously good. The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever tasted. It was gnocchi on another level. The poached peach was perfection. My partner is a disabled man who travels widely, and he said the disabled toilets were the best in the world!

Lovely boutique, clean and quiet hotel in a beautiful park of Nottingham city centre. |The hotel is clean, contemporary and very tastefully decorated. We stayed for one with friends and it is a perfect location to Nottingham city centre whilst being in a very peaceful, leafy part of town. The rooms were fairly small but ample size, lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries, lovely comfy beds and crisp sheet. Breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had with freshly delivered sourdough breads, and cooked breakfast and fruit. All in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you! 🙂

It was perfect for what we needed. Very centrally located in Nottingham. Staff were friendly, room was awesome. Large bed and room, bathroom was big and spacious - towels were lovely. |Everything was clean and tidy. |Very hard to fault. 10/10
