We booked in for one night on Saturday 28th June for a wedding and reception, everything went really well except when I was getting out of the shower unit I caught my toe on the raised edge of the shower sliding door wich was very sharp ( it should have had a cover either plastic or rubber covering it) it cut my toe and is now really badly bruised and swollen I have a job to put my shoe on. Apart from that we had a great stay, the hotel and grounds are beautiful.

We visited Hartsfield Manor for two nights to celebrate the wedding of our son and his ‘now’ wife.||The reception staff on arrival were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. On arrival at our room there were a couple of issues but were fixed within minutes of us reporting them. ||All the staff from breakfast, during the wedding and the evening were amazing. ||A special shout out to Helen from events. Helpful and informative all the way and even helped us with buttonholes on the big day!||A beautiful venue in a beautiful location.||Well done HM - you did us proud!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were great and we have stayed many times. As the hotel was quiet we given a free upgrade to a wonderful room overlooking the gardens. Looking forward to returning in the summer. The grounds are beautiful and Betchworth is a lovely village.

We stayed for the ‘Country music’ event 5th July . We loved it all . Barbecue was fabulous, music was great, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast delicious. It was great value with friendly helpful staff everywhere. Thanks to all for a memorable stay.

We had a great overnight stay at this lovely hotel in the Surrey countryside |Upon arrival we checked in easily and had a wander around the beautiful gardens and surrounding grounds. We booked for dinner and breakfast. Staff were really friendly and the food was great although dinner options slightly limited but not a concern. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Definitely our favourite hotel. Manor House very grand with a great history, the grounds are vast where we have seen deer running across the lawns. Breakfast and evening meal worth paying a bit extra for. If you want to venture out there are 4 pubs not too far away to try. Reigate is a nice town to visit to walk around the shops and get a coffee and cake too. Reigate Hill is a great place to do a bit of walking in the countryside. Gatton Park is another place worthy of a visit with the historic parkland designed by Capability Brown. And of course don’t forget Denbies Wine Estate. We can’t wait till our next visit.

Beautiful Hotel in beautiful grounds, very accommodating and a great price, also the staff went the extra mile to make our visit feel special. Bar and restaurant were also lovely with great prices, I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
