Great harvester.
Superb service, staff manager brilliant. We were a large party and everything was perfect.
Food delicious.
Great atmosphere nothing was too much trouble.
All seated together 21 of us!

Very disappointed, ordered 2 plain ribs meals but got with barbecue sauce, when call to sort out, was no solutions , the manager hung up in middle of conversation. Never going to order again, the customer service is awful. MANAGER like this shouldn't work here after treating customers like this.

First visit here tonight for my son’s birthday treat. Absolutely amazing customer service right from the very beginning from Will on greeting us at the door. Went out of his way to have a chat and joke with us all including my son which was much appreciated. Jo then took our order and served us exceptional food cooked to perfection. Her customer service was also 5* despite being really busy, she was lovely! A great asset to your team, thanks guys x

A standard eatery, but elevated by its friendly staff who are always happy to help out. Food was good, and general atmosphere was lovely. Recently, we went for Mother's Day and sat in a place in the restaurant where there were no blinds on the window, so the guests in our party facing the window had to squint or hold a menu up to cover the direct sun... The manager did come over and apologise, but there wasn't much to help the situation... In hindsight, it didn't ruin our experience.

Loving the new menu look and food, we had a mix of the starters today ( the nachos are plain at our request and not actually what they would look like). Jo our waitress looked after us and even made us our own special cocktail very customer friendly. The manager came over and spoke to us too about our thought on the new menu.
Cant wait to come back and try more new things.

We (2 adults and a child) were seated in less than 3 minutes of arriving.
Server was quick to give us our menu and take our drinks order.
There wasn't enough waiters, in my opinion, for the night, especially with it being Valentines Day.
Food was good and nicely presented. Ordered the Sirloin Steak, Adult rack of ribs, and children's rack of ribs.
Main course was served quickly.
However it did take the waiter a while to clear our plates when we were finished due to being busy with other customers.
Waiter was friendly, engaged in conversation with us.

Overall a nice experience and will visit again.

We have been going about twice a month, quick easy and good food, but last Saturday everything it looking very poor . The place is dirty and looking like it need a very deep clean .

Went for Christmas lunch, and it was the perfect experience. The food was amazing, staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Will definitely be back!
