Spent three days in the Borders for the second time at Hassenburn for a mini golf tour. |The house is modern, (built by Andy), extremely comfortable and to the highest standards.|The rooms are spotless, spacious and immaculately clean.|Nothing is too much trouble with Andy and Denise the perfect hosts offering whatever refreshments were wanted and obliging with lifts to and from any local hostelries to allow guests to drink without driving.|Breakfasts are excellent with quality food served to eager guests and he serves a mean poached egg (and duck egg if requested) |This is a first class B&B, set within a quiet location and perfect for a 'get away from it all' break - top quality, will be returning in the near future.... the golf? ... variable - need more practice!

Had an amazing stay at hassenburn nr to Christmas, lovely to see the beautiful decorations. Immaculate room with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, supplied with tea, coffee, fluffy white towels and everything we needed, also a travel cot 4 our 8mth old son.||||All I can say is amazing, amazing house, amazing food, amazing location, amazing hosts. We will be back in the New year

Andy and his wife Denise were very welcoming made us feel right at home .||Andy ran us into the local town so as we could have a meal and a drink ,nothing was to much trouble ...............will definitely be staying again ..........

Deze Bed & Breakfast wordt gerund door Andy and Denise Mc Gregor. Andy maakt fantastische ontbijten naar ieders wens. Als je de volgende dag iets anders wilt, geen probleem. Je voelt je meteen thuis en wat je maar wilt, men staat meteen voor je klaar. Folder informatie is er ruim voldoende en Andy weet samen met Denise veel extra interessante bezienswaardigheden. Andy biedt zelfs aan om ons naar de lokale pub te rijden en ons weer op te halen als we terug willen komen. ||||Er zijn ook WiFi mogelijkheden wat het voor ons met onze iPads een stuk makkelijker maakt om onze dagtripjes voor te bereiden.||||De kamer is prima en heeft een bad/douche combinatie van uitstekende kwaliteit. Prima bed en voldoende lekkere zitstoelen.
