Perfect hotel for a short stay 🙂 The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The cafe opposite gave us a lovely breakfast for both mornings of our stay, which was included in the price! Generous portions and good options for vegetarians. It is so close to Bakewell and the trail so perfect for hiking. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A great place ideally located to explore the Peak District. Rooms are comfortable and suitably furnished. Check-in was easy with all instructions sent in an email. Unfortunately, didn't get the chance to sample the breakfast due to the adverse weather conditions this weekend. However, the host provided an alternative that they delivered to our room.

This place is brilliant for couples. It's peaceful and the rooms are comfortable. The station cooks up an amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

Lovely area and building. Great communication pre visit but didn’t see anyone and actively discouraged from contacting anyone unless emergency. Left to try and work out problems if there are any on your.|Room ok, unable to open a window so condensation and black mild around window panes. Uncomfortable bed with loose headboard, nice size an bed linen. Noisy fridge needs moving away from the bed, bright light on heater needs something on to dull it. Comfortable chairs, mirror needed in the room. The en-suite had a backed up drain smell from the hand basin I think. Nice shower but a lot of black mold in it.Problem knowing if the very stiff garden gate was locked or not.|Many of these issues seem to have been reported before so they should really have been addressed. If they had been I probably would return. Breakfast included from 10am. Probably overpriced

Stayed here for the night as I wanted to do the monsall trip the next day. The self check in was really easy and straightforward. You will find your parking permit either in the entrance of the building or there is one left in your room. The room was spacious and clean, this may have been my error when booking the room and i didnt realise, but my bathroom was not in the same room, was literally in an opposite room where I was staying. Wasn't a problem, just means you need to bring change of clothes to leave the bathroom and make sure you know the pin to your room as you will need it everytime to get back into your room. This wasn't the case for the other rooms I just noticed room 2 and room 6 had the bathroom separately. The room offered free breakfast the next day which was delicious. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. The pizza from the hassop cafe was great as well.

A brilliant location and place to stay for cycling on the Monsal Trail and hiking in the Peak District. Quality room, well furnished with en-suite. Breakfast at the wonderful Hassop Cafe just across the car park. Great value for money and excellent service. Hired cycles at the shop next door to the cafe and then straight onto the Monsal Trail. Will definitely stay at this amazing B and B again.

We had a wedding reception in Baslow and found these apartments. Great spot and easy to find. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was at the cafe at the side. Great place to eat , I’m gluten free and they had plenty of choice which made such a difference. |Definitely recommend

Lock key check in worked very well in both the main door and room door. However, Room 6, top of the stairs, lovely view but smelt horrible on arrival of either dogs or stale water. The bottom window was open directly onto the bed which made the bed feel damp. The single bed near the wall creaked and groned all night with movement and the bed nearest the door was sunkem in the middle and had no protection between the mattress and the fitted sheet so I could feel the springs from the bed and lastly the headboard was loose so I had to wedge a pillow between the wall and the headboard itself. |Apart from these issues, I would still recommend the Hassop Rooms for all other facilities.|My last complaint is I emailed Hassop Rooms directly and have not had a reply yet - so customer service not a good ending, to this stay !!!!!!!
