I don’t know where to begin. Wanting to find a quiet spot to eat one morning we came across Hattie’s Tearoom and I’m so glad we did. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cake blew my mind! So much so I had to ask Shaun if he’d cater for my daughter’s 1st birthday, an incredible Alice In Wonderland themed tea party. The food was absolutely incredible, from the sandwiches to the quiche, the Alice in wonderland cupcakes and the delicious scones. The staff are so helpful and so friendly and Shaun went above and beyond to make my daughter’s tea party perfect and it was. It really was! I can’t give any more stars and actually I very rarely review but I couldn’t not, the service, the staff, the food is amazing and I’ll be utilising this for the next birthday! I can’t wait to visit again for my next breakfast and of course the Victoria Sponge :)… Thank you Shaun for helping make my little lady’s tea party a real wonderland. 5*.

Had a great impromptu lunch today at Hatties tearoom and was surprisingly busy but after having our lunch we realised why. The food was fantastic and drinks prepared really well. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Nice place useful for cycle ride stop. But charges £4.95 for bargain basement beans on supermarket sliced bread. And the oat latte never arrived. Don't leave teenagers in charge?

Lovely little Tea Shop. Stopped off on a bike ride with 4 other fellas. Great service good food including from our groups order bacon cobs toasted teacakes and cakeand staff were lovely. Definitely recommend this little gem if passing or worth a trip out somewhere different.

The wife and I drive around looking for tea rooms and this one came up so we decided to visit.

Loved it. The Brie and bacon baguette I had was lovely. The wife gave her jacket potatoe ten out of ten.

We will be back to try afternoon tea next time.
