We have just returned from a 2 night stay||There were lovely communal areas with comfy seating and the bar staff were very attentive. ||Breakfast was good, help yourself cereals/fruits/yoghurts etc with a waitress served hot menu.||Very friendly restaurant staff at breakfast and evening meal.||The bed was comfy, we had a jacuzzi bath which was great as we only have a shower at home, so a soak after a day's walking was decadent!||We enjoyed it so much that I booked again before leaving to return in January

Thank you for a great stay. The food and room were excellent. What really made it ,though ,were the staff. They were all so friendly , cheerful and proffesional. Sam in particular stood out. He was on reception when we arrived then in the bar later. Finally he served us our Cream Tea. In every position he was proffessional , helpful and friendly. He also had a great sense of humor. So once again for one of the best short breaks we have had.

We had our wedding here and the whole team were incredibly helpful and kind. We had multiple meetings up until the day and Sam the wedding coordinator was very helpful, she ran through every detail to make sure we had gone through everything. The rooms were very nice, very clean and spacious. All the guests that stayed had talked about how much they loved the rooms. Everyone had told me what a lovely venue it was and how much they had enjoyed the day. It really was the perfect day.

One night gift from my family. Hotel was so beautiful, staff couldn’t be more friendly, food was lovely.
Excited to be told we had been upgraded to an executive suite.. but oh goodness it wasn’t good, very outdated, paint work was bad, very tired. Toilet dirty, stains round bottom of the toilet, dirty ring in the toilet bowl, had to flush several times to get toilet paper down. Bath so old and stained, I couldn’t use it, the top of the tap was broken off. We wouldn’t have stayed, but the bed was clean large and comfortable. I used the toilet in the hotel. We made the most of our stay and enjoyed it. Just wouldn’t go back.

Friendly and efficient staff throughout our 2 night stay. rm 3, good sized, clean. Good breakfast selection. Evening meal, lovely atmosphere, very tasty food would prefer more vegetables. The waitress Valerica made the evening most enjoyable by being very attentive as my friend was celebrating a special birthday. Definitely recommended.

We had an excellent three days at Hatton Court Hotel. We had been before and stayed in a classic room. |The service and staff were excellent. Couldn't fault them. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The cream tea, breakfast and evening meals were very good and the food lovely.|The only downside was our room. We stayed in the annex which was very tired and awaiting a refurb. We had booked an executive room and we were given room 40. It was such a disappointment. It was identical in every way to the classic room we stayed in last time. The colour scheme and all the fixtures and fittings were very tired and had seen better days. The carpet was in need of a good clean and the room itself needed a thorough clean. We addressed the room at the reception as it was in no way executive by anyones standard.|Would we visit and stay at the Hatton Court Hotel again. Only if we can be confident we get the standard of room we paid for. Wishing you all the very best.

Lovely room with a jacuzzi, looking a little tired in the bathroom but clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast although no fresh fruit but tinned! Fabulous staff. Will definitely visit again when Travelzoo have another offer ?

We booked this hotel on one of their special offers, and stayed there on a return trip from Scotland.|After a seven hour drive it was a pleasure to arrive at a hotel that offered great service and friendly staff.|The room was exceptional, great size and very comfortable.|The restaurant offered great views, an excellent varied menu. The food was of high quality well presented and very tasty. The wine list was also very comprehensive, with choice of wines and prices.|The bar and restaurant staff were great, in particular Josh and Jess.|We had a fabulous breakfast and the staff were great.
