Really pleased we stayed here. Platinum caravan was really good and clean. Park itself was well maintained, clean and tidy. Pool area was also clean and never too busy. We did a few under 5 activities and they were great. The female ranger running the bug nature session was great. The shows st night were the typical standard and we wouldn't have gone again but our 3 year old liked to dance and happy children mean happy parents 😊 I was really impressed and will definitely return. We didn't eat on site do can't comment.

We had a wonderful stay at Haven Seton Sands! The caravan was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for our family trip. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and heating for those chillier Scottish evenings.

The park itself is very family-friendly, with loads of activities for kids and adults alike. Our children loved the indoor swimming pool and the play areas, and the evening entertainment was a big hit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

One of the highlights was the location—right by the sea with beautiful views and a nice coastal walk just minutes away. It's also close enough to Edinburgh for a day trip, which is a huge bonus.

Arrived on the 23/06. Caravan was fine, brand new however broken blinds and a door trim fell nearly fell onto my 3 year old child. No issues about the park itself, just personal preference that there was nothing really for young kids to do. Slides was very difficult for my 3 year old to use as they are not steps, but rope climbers for big kids. The play park itself just is not really for under 5s I would say. Entertainment was great, staff lovely. However the shop staff at NISA, I did not quite catch her name was extremely rude to my partner 2 days in a row. Rather aggressively rude. I would go as far as to say she should not be working with the public. The grass was cut on the second day we arrived, a dirty towel had blown into the wind and the gardeners just rode over it and tore it to tiny peices. Personally, not a big deal however when your paying for a gold caravan, you think they would make an effort. We did have the lake right behind us with only one more caravan, perhaps that's why it didn't matter as wouldn't be seen, but lots of ducks including babies roam the area and the lake, so I do worry about the safety of them eating it. I would not return for the fact of how rude the shop assistant was and they don't cater to young children very well.

Stayed for a long weekend with a toddler. Entertainment staff were great and the park was clean, tidy and had lots of activities. Not the biggest of sites but, for us, was the perfect getaway with the Lake District tourist attractions a short drive away.

As with all sites, the food and drink is a little pricey but was all of a decent enough quality.

Stayed in a silver caravan which was spot on and clean and presentable on arrival.

Recommended.

Lovely caravan park. Very clean. The caravan was great. Plenty of room and very clean. Lots to do. I would recommend a welcome pack in caravans. Telling visitors times of activities, how to book etc with a map of the park. Maybe even some essentials, tea, coffee, washing up liquid/tabs for dishwasher etc. We all had a lovely time.

Booked our family holiday to Lakeland. Helpful and welcoming staff that provided assistance with all requests. Lots to offer for all ages with activities being easy to book through the app. Entertainment was great but only attended the kids disco games, with having small children and needing to be back for bedtime. Daytime activities were enjoyed with lots of variety. Accommodation was clean and had all amenities required to enjoy our stay.
Will be staying again and booking for a future holiday!

Great caravanbut privately owned so the score does not reflect this. All the activities for the kids come at a cost. Website is rubbish as it doesn't allow you to book. Swimming is very limited. Calling for help is pointless. There is no point in having an app to book, at your convenience, of these activities if it doesn't work. Has dampned our holiday experience. Overall very costly.

A massive site and a good location for South Lakes. Staff respond really quickly to any concerns. The range of activities on offer is excellent. Likewise there's a static for every budget. In retrospect wish we had more knowledge of the site when booking. Many of the bronze grade homes are crammed in 4m apart with the only view being that of another static. Not quite what we had in mind when booking a Haven hideaway. With the higher grade homes being in better locations definitely worth paying extra to avoid the camping in a car park experience. Would I book again - yes. Would I book a bronze grade - no. Overall good with the service and staff being excellent.
