Perfect. A lovely little farm house . Host was very helpful. Very well equipped, comfy bed and lovely and warm. Tea and coffee supplied in room and also a very well equipped kitchen to use if needed. 10 min taxi ride into Weston for £12. Would most definitely stay again .

We stayed here for one night as we were travelling down south for a wedding. Communication with Pauline was fabulous and the room was absolutely lovely with everything we needed and there was also a kitchen area and a lounge area where you could get tea and coffee. Bed was very comfy and room was very cool which was needed as it was very hot outside. Pauline was very welcoming and helpful and the perfect pit stop for us. We would definitely recommend.

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when we pulled up but I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! This place is homely, inviting, clean, tidy and we were not left wanting anything at all! The owner Pauline met us and was so helpful. Dexter the dog roamed free and came to greet us outside and he was absolutely lovely, I’ll be coming back to see him alone! The rooms were clean and beautifully presented and all amenities were there and in good working order. Breakfast was fabulous and it was easy to find too. We’ll definitely be back!

Booked to stay here for one night as a base to attend two functions on consecutive days. On line booking was easy. Owners directions to the property were good as junction is easily missed. Electronic gated entrance felt car parking was very secure. Met by Pauline, who gave us door keys and gate fob and showed us the room and guest lounge. Room was clean and tidy and ensuite was small but adequate. ||Breakfast was pre ordered and from a very comprehensive list of choices. Next morning we were showed to the breakfast room which again was immaculate. Table setting was attractive and well laid out. Cereal, toast and full cooked breakfast were all cooked and presented so well and tasted so good.||Well done to all , a fabulous stay, we will return.

We were exchanging our caravan in Weston so we had a late arrival after traveling 200 miles A warm reception from our hosts made us feel welcome from the start. rooms spotless ,nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Stayed for one night and couldn't have been happier. The rooms are modern, clean and tidy. The breakfast was brilliant and the owner is lovely. Originally booked a travel lodge but cancelled it and booked here instead, I'm glad we did! Would definitely stay again!

Whilst a little tricky to find the first time, it's location is perfect as a base between Weston-super-Mare and the M5 junction, placing you within easy reach of the surrounding area (Cheader, Wells, etc.) There is a little road noise but it's not intrusive. The room is clean and ample for our needs, with good facilities for light catering. We skipped breakfasts but suspect it's good. Our welcome was warm and friendly... The land lady is lovely . I happily and confidently recommend.

There are only a few reasons why this review isn't 5 stars as it was a lovely stay.||I stayed with my parents in a shared room for 2 nights, it was a little small for three adults but would be fine for parents and a child. There isn't much storage space but I wouldn't expect that from a BnB so I wouldn't recommend for a stay longer than 3 nights unless you travel light.||Pauline was extremely accommodating with breakfast choices (of which there are many tasty options, try the yoghurt pots) and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed during the whole stay. Dexter the dog is a slience and strong type but please don't be put off by him as he is adorable and is very happy to have a cuddle off visitors. He's not allowed in the BnB so you'll only see him strolling around the car park.||It's quiet and relaxing and has a home away from home feel which is exactly what you'd want from a BnB. Would 100% stay again.||
