Perfect cottage for a week in Glenariff. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, the accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a large kitchen/diner. There are views down the glen towards the sea from the front rooms, and we watched red squirrels foraging in the bushes from the kitchen window. It's 3 miles to the nearest beach and lots to see along the coast, also just on the doorstep is Glenariff Forest Park with waterfalls a couple of minutes walk from the cottage, and scenic forest trails. Patricia the host is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

A beautiful holiday home set in the tranquility of picturesque Glenariff . We'll equipped and spacious bungalow tastefully decorated and ensuite facilities to the master bedroom hosts are nearby if needed. Literally two minutes walk to Larragh Lodge restaurant and entrance to the wonderful walks through the Glen and along its rivers.

Random unexpected unannounced visits from owner. Oil heating tweaked by owners to run extremely low and not warm the property in cold months. Isolated with zero shops or restaurants near by. Iced in winter months between the Glens means it was impossible to step outside the front door of the rental due to isolated location. Dog hair found in bedrooms and bathrooms.

No privacy on our stay
Felt like we where staying at the owners personal house due to random calls at the front door, coming to say the same thing that was discussed on WhatsApp.

Unenjoyable to being not able to move at all due to the amount of ice and the house being so cold due to the owner turning the boiler down to running at a almost zero level.

No recommended.
