Excellent service from HD Living Group Aqua Spa and Leisure, from communication, delivery (which wasn't easy by any means to get to the back garden) and set up. We wanted a local dealer rather than an anonymous internet website anywhere in the country to provide a more personal service so if there was any problem they were just down the road to help. They have been very helpful with advice and would highly recommend. We are now enjoying leisurely evenings after a hard days work relaxing in the hot tub!

These guys where top notch from 1st contact to delivery and installation. Everything was explained clearly & communication was always good. Since having our hot tub installed a few weeks ago, we have been it almost everyday. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub. Very good value compared to others.

Excellent company in every way. I'd been considering a hot tub for some time, but had been taking ages deciding whether or not to go for it, and if so which one!! Was invited to try a couple of different models by Lawrence and his team at their lovely showroom, and after having my questions answered very thoroughly, we plumped for a Legend 7. The purchase and installation were a breeze, and I'm so glad I chose this spa, and even more so that I chose Aqua Spa to supply it. The after sales service they provide is also second to none. It's fantastic to have a company that cares about it's existing customers as much as it does potential new ones, so thanks very much indeed Lawrence and team!!

Aqua Spa were recommended to us by a friend, and we are so glad we took their advice. From the first showroom visit to the delivery, installation, and aftercare, we have been very impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and passion for their product displayed by all the staff.

What an amazing service, I contacted the guys at Aqua Spa and explained my situation and Laurence came over that afternoon. Since then, he and Josh have been over a few times and serviced and totally sorted out all the issues with the hot tub. Cant praise Aqua Spa and Leisure enough. We did the four week hire to see whether we would use one. Delivery and installation were perfect as was collection. Expert advice was to hand when needed. Now we are looking to purchase our own hot tub and once again the service has been second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aqua Spa and Leisure.
