We had booked a deluxe plus room and on entering the bedroom there was a horrible smell and even worse in the bathroom. Went to reception|and they were very apologetic and instantly moved us to a suite. This was beautiful, huge and a very large bathroom with seperate shower and over looking the golf course. I am surprised that house keeping released our first room given the smell. We had dinner both nights in the mulberry restaurant and the meals and service was excellent. On booking you had to choose what time you had breakfast which we didn't really like. The highlight on the first morning was the granola which was delicious but on the second morning they had ran out. This is not acceptable and shouldn't happen. The toaster machine is squashed in to a corner. No fresh fruit salad but there was fruit. Coffee is out of a machine and we would prefer it served to the table. If anything lets the hotel down it is the breakfast.|Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is very clean

A very nice golf course, with adjoining hotel rooms and restaurant. All the staff were exceptionally cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. We booked a "Stay & Play" package, which was a 3 course dinner (excellent choices), twin room, full breakfast (including buffet and A La Carte) and a round of golf for 2 people. I really cannot speak more highly of the whole setup at Heacham Manor.

The hotel is quiet and peaceful just off the main road with plenty of parking. Well located for Sandringham and the north Norfolk coast.||We stayed in a Manor Four Poster room which was spacious, clean and comfortable although the bathroom was very small. The room could do with a refresh as the carpet and paint work were very worn. No air-conditioning meant the room was hot so we needed the fan to move the air around.||We had dinner in the Mulberry Restaurant and No. 82 and the food were very good in both. Not many staff in the Mulberry Restaurant which resulted in slow service which some people may not be happy with. We didn't mind as we had nothing else to do and the young staff were doing their best.||What lets the hotel down is breakfast. First of all you have to book the time you want breakfast which I assume is so the kitchen can cook food to order. A great idea but sadly this didn't prevent a long wait for cooked food which wasn't very good when it did arrive. The buffet is very limited with no choice of fruit or pastries although they do have homemade granola along with three other cereals. None of the food at breakfast is of a particularly good quality which was a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful last minute break away. The receptionist was very welcoming and our rooms were clean and a good size.

Breakfast was a big hit with the family. Their homemade granola was a big hit along with the cooked breakfasts.

We look forward to returning in the near future.

Myself David Melbourne and my fiance Steve Beaman spent last week at manor hotel, it is beautiful, the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the staff are very pleasant and friendly. It's ideally situated in a stunning location. Will definitely be returning

We went to Heacham Manor for a lovely Sunday lunch in the Mulberry restaurant where we had a superb roast dinner with an extra side of cauliflower cheese. Everything was amazing and very good portion sizes for the price! |Big thank you to Sam behind the bar and Harry and Jessie who served us our amazing lunch, couldn’t have had better and friendlier service from all the staff we encountered.|We will definitely be returning for another meal in future

We stayed overnight at Heacham Manor during our trip to Hunstanton. We arrived at the hotel slightly early and, due to them being busy with weddings and golf functions, our room wasn't quite ready. Becky, the lovely lady on reception, checked us in and let us leave our luggage behind the desk whilst we went for a nice cold pint in the golf club bar. We were able to pick up the room key at 3 as promised and were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded for free. The room was modern, comfortable and spacious with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. We had booked to eat out in hunstanton but enjoyed a pre meal drink on the terrace of the hotel bar looking out over the golf course watching the hares and rabbits. We had a very pleasant nights sleep in a very comfortable bed (despite being very warm due to the British heatwave!) Breakfast options are continental buffet and differing variations of traditional full english fare. All cooked food was prepared to order and super tasty. All the staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional but I'd like to give special mention to Becky on reception for going above and beyond. Would definitely stay at Heacham Manor again and can highly recommend

A last minute getaway. We took the dinner, bed and breakfast offer. Booking online was easy and shortly after, they phoned for us to select mealtimes. Check in efficient. Room was in the ‘cottages’ and was perfect for us. Walls a little thin but well equipped, toasty, and we were pleased our room had a bath. Dinner had a number of upgrade options and my other half paid £5 extra towards his meal and he really enjoyed it. I had a non upgrade option and also thought that was delicious. Breakfast was amazing too. We used the thermal spa and gym, the gym is modern and well equipped and the spa was a fantastic bonus, with a towel included for residents. Changing rooms/showers tip top too.
The grounds are well kept and we took a short walk around. Checkout was smooth and friendly.
If you’re considering this place for your stay, book it - you are in for a treat. We are already looking at dates for when we can return 🙂 Huge thanks to the staff!
