First class at every level. Booking, check in and accommodation quite outstanding. My wife made reservations for dinner and lunch the following day, both exemplary. The hotel and grounds are manicured and tidy. I played golf with my daughter and again was outstanding on every front. Anyone who visits will be back I’m sure, as will we. A wonderful find

We had a lovely pre-wedding spa day at Headlam Hall. The hotel, spa, and walled gardens were beautiful and covid safe. Service was very friendly and the treatments and therapists were excellent. We had welcome smoothies and a delicious afternoon tea afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Lovely spa, in a beautiful setting. I did have a treatment but the reception is very welcoming, staff are friendly and explain all the covid measures. The facilities are modern and we'll maintained. Drinks are available pool side and there is a restaurant for lunch and light snacks. A highlight is the out door area with loungers and spa

Been coming here for for over 35 years at Christmas and never been disappointed. However, this year was disgraceful. Food was fine but the service was appalling. No one on the bar when we first arrived, had to look for bar staff. Order was taken 3/4hr after our booking time, When meal did arrive no one came and asked if meal was OK, no one asked if we wanted more drinks. All staff disappeared by dessert so no one came and asked if we would like coffee.
