Such a relaxing, beautiful space, with excellent coffee and friendly and cosy vibe. Lovely therapy rooms upstairs. Had a facial with Matthew and it was one of the best facials I've had in a long time, using beautifully fragrant Comfort zone cosmetics (the name doesn't lie, it was pure comfort and relaxation <3)

It was my very first visit to the spa today, though I’ve been enjoying your coffee and treats for a little while now!
It was a truly wonderful and relaxing facial - such a treat to take time out from work and busy days to relax and be pampered. I loved the little start and end ritual with the essential oil - a thoughtful touch. The products felt and smelled amazing - I just loved every second! Matthew even presented me with some lovely little mini treats to take home and use.

A hub of relaxation, even if you don't go for a spa treatment. The shop is pleasant and offers a delightful, unexpected café with fresh, locally made sweet treats. The staff exude tranquility, and the calming smells which fill the multiple floors keep you inside for longer. I look forward greatly to my next visit.

Best coffee shop in Harrogate, actually no scrub that. Best coffee shop in Yorkshire.

Lovely people working there as well, absolute Yorkshire gems. We had a good laugh at my experience over the road at The Barking George l, see my previous review if you like to read about eternal disappointment.

Heal however does not disappoint. Forget that woke coffee shop they call Costa. Even forget the bucks of star. Get yourself to Heal.

Have had coffee and cake in Heal but this was my first treatment. Wonderful experience, super relaxing and really lovely treatment room . Matt was brilliant and I left feeling happy and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team.
