Elle at Healing Touch has helped me a lot.
After my GP diagnosed sciatica, I contacted Elle and she was confident she could help me. I visited her at her cosy treatment room in Poole. 4 sessions later, the sciatica back pain had gone, with some residual foot tingling which Elle is continuing to treat.
Elle is caring and she structures each treatment to my needs. I had acupressure , which was a bit painful, but the result was worth it.

I went to Elle for reflexology as she was recommended for supporting Labour. Elle is very professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and I found her readings to be really insightful and accurate too! Although I was past my due date, I actually went into Labour the next day. I have since been back with my newborn, and Elle took the time to show me some techniques to help support calm, sleep, teething etc. I plan to be back and would definitely recommend her services.
