Very sorry to say I was disappointed today. Having previously had a great service and good quality gel manicure. I specifically rebooked because they said they did not use acetone to remove the gels. However today aiming to have new colour for my holiday I was told that the lady was not qualified in removing with the soft drill and could only use acetone. I have a bad reaction to acetone so did not want this. I don’t understand why no one called/messaged me prior to my appointment to explain and I could have rearranged. Now it’s too late before my holiday tomorrow ☹️.

It was my first time here, and I was booked in for a eye brow waxed and had Claire, she was very friendly and lovely to talk to, I went in not looking my best and all the ladies where really nice, I will be definitely be going there again. 😊

Seriously seriously serioulsy love it here!!!!!!! Best quality best place to come for any beauty pampering or necessity you need....and i need alot lol. I always book ahead as sometimes its needed and avoids dissapointment. Im back yet again today and it goes without mentioning im a few minutes earlier so i could give these ladies a mention!!! Get booked in coz they got its Aaaaalllll going on here!!!!!! Love it love it love it!!!!! Xxxxx
