Lovely setting and parking was easy with several disabled parking bays. We had a coffee and a BLT for a late lunch. The service was slow, only seemed to be one member of staff. The coffee was on the cold side so we drank it quickly. The BLT at £9 was also disappointing there was no choice of bread offered. When it arrived the bread was white shop bought bread. With a name such as Butlers pantry, we would have at least expected a choice of white or brown and at least a sliced Bloomer that at least looked a bit more home made. The fillings were good but the presentation was let down by the poor choice of bread. Beginning of the season and the decking and unplanted planters looked tired and unloved. With a few minor tweeks, freshen up the decking and outside of the barn with a bit of stain. If you’re going to have planters, they are only a good addition if you have them planted and cared for. Other wise remove them and make the most of your space.
Latchett’s dairy the gelato was delightful and well worth a trip out, it is worth noting they do not accept cash, card & mobile payments only.

Absolutely beautiful camping spot!! We stayed 3 nights with family and all agreed it was one of the best camping stays we've ever had.
Such helpful staff from the checking in, wood burner guidance, the icecream girls. All Absolutely spot on.
There were 2 toilet blocks, one of them being brand new and always very clean.
Great nature trail on site, plenty of animals around, and my kids are already missing the loose chickens 🐔 😀
We almost made it to the vineyard next door but decided to head to the beach instead as the weather was so nice.
Can't wait to go back!

Lovely place for all the family, There's something for everyone from the ice cream hut, to the mini golf, to the tea room and a wide open field with plenty of seating. There's a mini play area for the kids and dogs are welcome. There's great range of ice creams to choose from and when we went there was a long queue of people excited to enjoy their mother's day with a something delicious - plenty of choices such as honey comb, salted caramel, berry pavlova, mint chocolate, custard cream and many more!

Lovely spot that can get very busy, there is however quite a lot of parking but we have been when it's almost full !
There are several things to do including a woodland walk with points of interest marked on a map you are given when you pay. The walk is undoubtedly best at Bluebell time in April, it is approximately a mile in length but beware if it undulating and if it has been wet as it can be slippery and boggy. There is also a play barn with inflatables /soft play area for younger children, climbing frame, miniature golf, frisbee golf and a small free play area with slide etc. There are of course charges for the main walk and events at varying costs. There are Albino and ordinary Wallabies in a large enclosure to be seen on the woodland walk. Chicken wander around and Rooster may try and steal your food!
There is a rather nice Cafe /bar and a Gelato shop in a separate building. I can recommend the toasted cibatta belly pork roll with stuffing and apple puree, cost 9.50 and pot of tea 2.50. The staff are faultless !
Later in the year, I believe there may be a maize maze, sunflower maze. Quite a variety for the children to see and plenty of activity to wear them out!
Probably not the most disability friendly place though due to the nature of the wild steeply undulating woodland paths.

The pantry kitchen, is very friendly, helpful, welcoming and the food was very good. We had a lovely walk in the Bluebells woodland, and after sat in the sun eating a very nice ice cream. All ice cream is made on site, will go back again.

Kids play, camping, ice cream, walks, bbq and bar, outdoor area for eating, glamping bus, really lovely place, we yad a kids party in thebarn with a GIANT bouncy soft area, and other play areas, have a look at their website.
