Horrible place, that's always trying to cheat you out of your money - they only take cash to start with.

Yesterday I called and made an appointment for 9am today ( they had another booking at 10am) for a 60minute deep tissue massage costing £55. I turn up on time and the masseuse of the day is cooking breakfast. She takes the cash straightaway and I wait for 10minutes for her to finish breakfast and take a photo of the clock because I know I'll need it later.

Last time I was here, they gave me a massage for 50 minutes and I didn't have any proof to ask for more time.
Today, massage started at 9.10am and she was done and asked me to get off the table at 9.50am. ie. after 40 minutes instead of the 60minutes I paid for. After arguing for 5minutes, where I showed her the photo and demanded more time repeatedly, she continued half heartedly massaging (or rather patting) just my thighs for 10minutes and was finished by 10.05am. So instead of 40minutes, I finally managed 50 minutes with the last 10 being plain annoying.

She hadn't asked if the pressure was right at any point during the massage, didn't play any relaxing background music or try to keep me warm with a cloth on the upper body while massaging the lower section.
Horrible, stressful experience overall and would definitely not be going back ever again. Suggest people to avoid or take suitable precautions if they don't want to lose out money or their mental health at being treated badly.

Today come to here for massage 'it's really good to me. Help me Relive my back stress . The lady work hard. Give to me Deep tissue massage. After feeling much better. The shop very clean. I will come again.

I was rudely asked for cash on arrival, £55 for deep tissue massage. After walking past a dirty kitchen into the suite. One blanket offered to cover me. ( not towels) the massage was unbelievably painful with to much attention just on my back, then random limbs, leg then neck, arm then feet?, then back again. Quite a lot of patting was done too, which I felt was a time filler but a relief from how hard it was. I’d asked twice if it could be a little less hard, but I was told I’d booked deep tissue..The music was equally intermittent, I believe due to poor WiFi. Not a great experience at all, would not recommend

Have been a regular client now for several years and having built up rapport with both Sally & Mimi I always look forward to my appointments. During my last visit whilst suffering from bilateral shoulder pain a Singaporean lotion was recommended rather than my usual 'Deep Heat' liniment that I take along myself. Did the job a treat so can highly recommend the service. From time to time a visiting therapist is in attendance and I note each has a different style. I've always left with a smile regardless and will be popping in again next month. Good value and friendly service from hardworking and dedicated staff.

I had a great massage today. Thorough and relaxing. I could tell how professional Sally is. Thank you so much. My body feels revitalized / energized. Not only that, I also want to show more appreciation to Sally, as it must be hard doing the service with mask on, but she did the massage perfectly from head to toe. Thank you as well to Mimi, who did my massage last time. Leaving this review now, because I know for sure, I'll keep coming back to have my massage at Heavitree Health Spa.
