Staff are great straight from the get go was told about road works. The bar staff and children entertainer even the kitchen staff are so friendly. The restaurant, bar club house is amazing very welcoming. Great night thank you Louise, Army and Harry.

We love this place. We stayed last week and we decided to book again for this week. The staff treat us like royalty, and everyone is so friendly. Debby, Michael, Leanne, Sophie Greg, Ryan, and Matt (as well as many other people) have made our stay great. We stayed in a camping pod last week and really enjoyed it and are staying in one of the caravans this week, and they look great. As well as a really great team of people to look after you, it's clear that this place has recently had a big investment. The clubhouse restaurant/bar, the swimming pool and steam room, the doggie shower room, the doggie agility course, all look brand new and to a high standard. The pod and caravans also look new and very well maintained. Also, your fur babies are allowed everywhere with you, except the pool and steam room, because it is far too hot in there for a dog (but perfect for you!). It's clear the owners love dogs, I've never been to a campsite who has invested this much in the pet facilities. Thanks, team. I'm sure we'll be back.

Lovely place, clean, and staff re very friendly. Nothing too much trouble for them. They even have a free dog wash, which was cleaned ready for the next day. Sophie was very helpful when we needed it. Pool, steam room and jacuzzi were very clean. We've booked to return in September.

Beautiful park, the area is close to beaches and easy to find. The staff was so attentive and helpful. Really dog friendly enjoyed trying to get mine to attempt the agility course! Loved it and will be back next year.

Overall the site was lovely and the cabin was great. Lovely staff on reception. Could be more for kids to do as seemed a bit bodge job other than the key ring making and teddy bear making. Travelled to Bude and the Big Sheep for things to do.

Just home from a lovely 4 days here with my granddaughter, lovely quiet site, beautiful caravan and very friendly staff. The setting is lovely with a duck pond, swimming pool is great, but would benefit being open a little later than 6pm, small childrens play area, maybe alittle more for younger children would be good, but my granddaughter made friends so had the best time without that. I would definetly return another time.

Clean site, lovely bar area and swimming facilities. Site is small but pleasant. Quite a way out from anywhere, so be prepared to drive/taxi. Small park area, could do with more facilities but this is relatively new, i.e an arcade etc and perhaps better entertainment. All in all a nice place.

The bad:
Things taken for granted in other holiday locations are missing here.
- No free WiFi in the caravans, you have to pay. There's no signal on the site at all for mobiles so you have no choice.
- when we had an issue connecting to the "premium" WiFi, reception was closed (this was at 7) and the person behind the bar said "it's not our problem, you have to talk to reception". When we told him it was closed, he shrugged.
- No towels given for showers or even washing hands.
- The pillows were horrific and useless
- The beds were like stone slabs
- no lifeguard at the pool

All in all, the place felt cheaply run and understaffed.
