This farm B&B was a delightful place to stay. Just two night's but so relaxing. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy. Rooms warm and welcoming with everything one needs, even radox bubble bath. Comfy beds spotless carpets in the room. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. Ducks on the pond, donkeys in the field to talk too. All in all a very nice place to stay...

What an excellent farm B&B. Spotlessly clean. Great farm house breakfast. Clear dark night sky for star watching. Set in North Norfolk it made getting to anywhere on the tourist map so easy. Warm, quiet, safe.

We stayed here due to a funeral and estate clear-out. This idyllic, peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The hosts Lynda and Will could not have been more accommodating and understanding. Our room was lovely, the entire space is very clean and the full breakfast every morning was yummy. It is like living in a country manor home. Lynda makes you feel like her guest vs. a B & B guest, we were made to feel so welcome. The surrounding countryside is pretty with many lovely walks. I highly recommend Hempstead Hall and hope to be back to visit one day.

We found this B&B on the Farmstay website. It is conveniently located to enable exploration of the North Norfolk countryside, which we did by bike. There are a myriad of quaint villages nearby that can be explored on quiet minor roads. Linda was a excellent hostess who was friendly, engaging & cooked a delicious full English breakfast using some seasonal home grown ingredients. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced; customers need to pay by cash or by cheque if paid in advance. I would recommend this B&B without hesitation and would happily stay here again!

We have just returned from a lovely weekend break at Hempstead Hall. We were welcomed by Lynda and William who made us both really welcome into their home. We stayed in the double room with a separate bathroom which was not an issue as the bathroom was next to the bedroom at one end of the house so was really quiet.|Breakfast was delicious, a full English breakfast with also the choice of cereals, two fruit options, a choice of yogurts and orange juice. Toast was homemade white or granary bread which was delicious with preserves. |What can I say about the location... Wow!! We have never stayed anywhere so beautiful and tranquil. We were lucky to have a guided tour of the farm and grounds by William .... You are both so lucky to live in such a beautiful location!|Thank you both for sharing your home with us, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will be back ... Very soon!

My wife and I always look forward to a stay at Hempstead Hall, owners, Lynda and Will always make you feel welcome, the farm grounds are always nice a tidy and when walking along the farm footpaths there are lovely views to be seen all around.||If you are looking for a lovely farmhouse stay with guaranteed peace and quiet, superb breakfast, great hospitality, 1 mile from the Georgian town of Holt and only 6 miles to the coastal towns of Sheringham and 10 miles to Cromer, then this is a perfect place to stay.||I would recommend Hempstead Hall to anyone. Thank you for being such a great host, nothing too much trouble. The bed was so comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast. We could have stayed longer just watching the wildlife in your wonderful grounds.

We recently stayed here for two night. A very peacefully place on a large country estate. Only sound heard was the singing ||||of the birds. Excellent full English breakfast.||||Host very friendly and welcoming. Long single lane drive leading up to the property.
