Very nice little place in Earl's Court with a wonderful staff and a homey vibe. They include breakfast in the rate (which we didn't have but appreciated) and welcomed us with an early check in. We had room 4 downstairs and it was really cozy. The only complaints we had were with the shower - the water pressure was abysmal and the shower needed a deep clean (looked like mold on the caulk / grout). They were able to hold our bags for a few hours after we checked out which was nice, and if the shower situation was resolved we would recommend it and would return.

This hotel is clean, convenient, and includes a breakfast with options and enough to fill you up for the morning. Unfortunately, the room we were in was TINY. I more or less knew that from the booking but it was smaller than I expected. The bathroom was so small, when I sat on the toilet, my knees almost hit the opposite wall. The shower was not the smallest I’ve ever had, thankfully. The sink, though, was probably the smallest I’ve ever seen apart from in an airplane. The door could not open fully- it was blocked by the sink. The air conditioner would shut off automatically in the middle of the night. (We had a particularly warm evening and outside noise, though minimal, and smokers led us to preferring the a/c over the open windows). The windows are actually doors to the balcony. The large curtains are heavy and keep the room dark in the morning. ||The outside balcony was, in fact, a lovely element of the room. Though with two people it was really necessary as a space to spread out to. Honestly, apart from the size of the room the hotel was great. I especially loved the lighting in the room!! The sparkling lights on the ceiling were a nice touch. ||Oh- of note they said they can’t hold luggage if you arrive early or leave late. That’s a shame.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. We booked the small double room which as expected was small but perfect for a couple. The room was very clean, beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The only downside was that our tv did not work. The receptionist came to fix it for us but every time we turned it off we would have the same problem. Apart from the tv situation this hotel is a very lovely place to stay in a good location with the tube station only a couple of minutes away. The breakfast being included was a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Reception personnel were lovely. The room we had, #12, with a king bed, was good sized and nice looking, especially by European standards, but I'm not that tall at 5'11", and my feet would be off the end if I stretched out. Bath towels were large, thick, and soft, but the sink was the tiniest I've ever seen, and the faucet was balky and I was afraid it would break off every time I used it. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.||There was just one electrical receptacle at the desk (two if you unplugged the lamp), and no usb ports anywhere. The wifi was very pokey and often dropped connection, and was not enough to power the tv, which always displayed the weak signal notice. The a/c was erratic, and it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.||Breakfast was pretty minimal, cereals, juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, a bit of fruit, but nothing hot aside from toast.||Now, the best part of our stay was the hotel is just a block from the Earl's Court Underground, which is why we chose it, and the District Line led us to most all our destinations without changing stations. But, we're paying for stuff to work, and too much of it didn't.

IS THIS THE WORST HOTEL IN LONDON? May not honor your booking. Can close early and not allow access. Has a never-refund policy. Owner is prepared to use an industry-standard defamation claim such as assault if you complain. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

It's a GREAT little hotel. Rooms are SMALL, but price for location, amenities and room quality is worth it. The Earl's Court tube station is two blocks away and easy to go lots of directions. Continental breakfast was great. Lots of options. Pastries changed every day. Staff was super friendly. Check in was easy, they're great about storing a bag early or late as needed. Rooms were clean, bed good, etc. Temp control was great. Iron, hair dryer, tea service, etc. Only things to note: THere's VERY little storage. We stayed six nights and had hoped to "move in". There's a small closet, but no drawers. They have a nifty little charging station, but there are NO plugs near the bed. We had to be creative. Would totally stay again.

Great location. Close to the underground. Plenty of dinning options within easy walking distance. Helpful staff. || Quiet rooms, we were at the back. The roadside ones could be noisier, but you'd have a view over Barkston gardens.||The rooms were small, ditto the bed, but most comfortable. They really could use some more wall hooks, as storage is very limited. Or under bed drawers.||The lift was out of service for much of our 6 night stay, it was working on arrival and departure- when most needed. It's also tiny. Two people maximum.||Complimentry breakfast was filling and a great start to a day in London.||Bonus points if Teddy the hotel cat will let you pat him.||Travellers with mobility issues note that even though the lift goes to floor three, there are still some rooms with 3 extra steps to lug one's bags up.
