This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the quiet streets of Bath, at the heart of the city, the service we received was great from attentive and efficient staff. A variety of different room offerings, and the room was lovely we got to stay in it was ideal where it was located making it simple to go for breakfast. The only things I need to mention was that the towels were not soft and was rough. And with the television, it needs to be tuned more as was difficult to find channels as there wasn't many, it was very handy that there was chrome cast. But other than those thing we had an amazing stay for my Birthday ☺️

I cannot fault this hotel at all. My mum and I went on a Wowcher deal. It came with a double bed but the hotel was more than happy to change this to a traditional twin room. The traditional twin room was huge! and came with a beautiful fire place, table and chairs and it felt more like being in an apartment than a hotel room with gorgeous high ceilings and chandelier. The reception staff were some of the most friendliest I've ever met and had no problem storing our luggage and opening closing the door for you to come and go. The breakfast was delicious again the staff were very attentive and would swap various food items if you required. My mum was given extra bacon in place of mushrooms and tomato. The service is quick. Our voucher also entitled us to a free bottle of prosecco which were able to drink in their lovely bar area. I will definately be returning and have already recommended to friends and family. The location is great near to Putney bridge and the weir and the hotel is lovely and quiet. We were by the door but we didn't hear anyone.

We came at a busy time of the year and the hotel was almost fully booked. We have been offered to either stay in rooms without a window or on a higher floor but elevator would not take us all the way up. We have chosen the high floor and carried our suitcases through a very narrow staircase. Rooms were generally okay but the carpet in my room was wet near the bathroom. What we liked was the impressive building and the central location.

The hotel is comfortable, stylish if slightly worn when you examine the detail, and in a perfect location. Check-in was easy and welcoming, staff were friendly, and I was allowed a late checkout. So all that was good. Only issue: breakfast is served to the table as ordered, with no buffet. And what you get is borderline modest/stingy: not enough to face a long day. Otherwise I was happy staying here.

My husband and I have just spent the weekend in Bath and stayed at Henrietta House. We had the most wonderful time. What a stunning place. The hotel is lovely, clean and our room decor was stylish and modern and a very comfortable bed too. The food was gorgeous but best of all were the staff, they were always very happy to help in any situation, very professional and kind. They made us feel very relaxed and made our weekend special. They even put a yummy cupcake with a happy birthday topper in our room for when we arrived as I had mentioned it was my husbands birthday. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Henrietta House. From the minute we arrived until we left, we were treated like valued guests. We had booked a Traditional Cosy Room, but Rajiv upgraded us to a Traditional Superior Room (No 25) - it was huge! It had chandeliers, a lovely SuperKing bed, 2 very comfy armchairs and a big bathroom. |I really cannot understand the negative comments someone else has made about this room - it was superb.|There was a vast choice for Breakfast and it was very tasty - the only (tiny) bad point was that the toast was cold. However, the lovely waitress immediately brought me some more.|Rajiv is a real asset to the hotel - he is friendly & welcoming and really seems to care about making every guest’s stay a wonderful experience.|We will definitely be back!

We visited this hotel during the Christmas season which is a busy period and the hotel was fully booked. The location of the hotel is convenient however parking is limited. The staff is courteous and having excellent knowledge of Bath. They guided us very well.

Being heritage hotel, the Breakfast was limited and there is no room service. However, there is a Bar within the hotel.

There are plenty of dining options available nearby and the hotel staff is always ready to guide. All the buildings in Bath are old, listed under heritage category. Room heating is a bit problem.

We enjoyed our stay, will not mind visiting again.

We stayed in December. Good location, literally 5 mins from town centre. The breakfast was delicious! Cozy, warm and quiet room. The bathroom was clean but the floor there was very cold, all water after shower stayed on the floor, and our feet towel was wet (and cold obviously all the time). Unfortunately the car park is paid (20 pounds per day).
