A fabulous location for all things Oxford. We used the Redbridge park & ride (being over 60 we only had to pay for the car which was £8.50 for 48 hours and we used our senior bus passes on the bus). The bus stop is so close to Henry’s - literally around the corner. The little apartment could have done with a more scrupulous clean but the bed linen and towels were properly laundered. Generous size towels and a super comfy bed.

Room 2: 1st floor, at the back of the building. Huge room, great comfy bed with nice linen and good pillows. Reluctant to get out of bed each morning. USB ports at the bedside. Exposed beams and brickwork, it was very nicely designed. |Lots of hanging space, iron and ironing board. Kitchen area had plenty of milk and tea for a two night stay, there were pods for the coffee machine and there was a reasonably sized fridge. |The shower was excellent and there were toiletries. |The wifi was brilliant, very speedy. A relief after not getting any 4 or 5g throughout Oxford. |The only small irritation was the checking in process. Once in Oxford I got a call to ask me for my email address so that check in codes/details could be given. So…. the entire tour bus knew my email address by the time I’d repeated it over and over again. |Entry felt safe and secure, from a beautiful lane bang in the heart of the city. |I would definitely stay again; it was well priced in such an expensive city.

Excellent room and location. Getting in was simple enough, just gave them a call and I wad given the codes I needed. I even arrived 4 hours before check in and my room was ready, (I think more luck but i was happy) I was in room 3 which was amazing. 2 flights if stairs, one once you are inside your main door. Not a very nice view but the room makes up for it.|Pros.| Plenty of plugs with usb connecters. |2 ceiling fans (although I couldn't get the one in the living room to work, maybe just needs a new battery) 2 stand fans are also provided|Plenty of tea/coffee etc|Fridge adequate for drinks etc, |Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided|Curtains are nice and thick so block out any light.|Cons|I wasn't given a wi fi code and couldn't find it anywhere in the room.|TV could be temperamental depending on the weather which could be annoying also I like the tv on at night |TV needs to be on a holder that can be angled towards the bed and also the living room, at the moment it only faces the bed.|No microwave, I think one would be ideal. As a solo traveller I don't like eating out on my own, so a microwave would have came in handy. These are just my views, don't let them put you off, the room was amazing and I would stay here again|

Lovely place to stay - really nicely furnished, comfortable bed and great amenities - hairdryer, iron, fridge, wine glasses, bottle opener.
We loved it - location is brilliant too.
The only thing that could be improved is a longer shower screen as it is impossible to shower without getting the bathroom floor soaking wet!

We used the "just park" app and found a parking spot just a 7min walk away for £36 for two nights - no idea if that's good value or not, but I had read that some car parks are that for an overnight.

Booked what appeared to be a charming guest house in town. Musty, hot and stale. Mold in the shower, shades that did not work, linens that were dusty and damp smelling. Pillows flat and mattress lumpy, old, stained and uncomfortable. Cobwebs and dust on woodbeams above bed. Fan non fuctional but likely because it would push dust down on bed. Clearly, one is not welcome to stay more than a night as there is absolutely nowhere to hang or store belongings.
Pluses, wifi, in room safe and location in town.
Decor is eclectic and has a quirky charm.

Absolutely perfect. Will be using again in future. Could not wish for better accommodation. So central to everything. Warm cosy clean and superb decor.
When you arrive it’s all a bit strange as you enter the building through a bike shop so good to know this before you arrive thanks to reviews at least you are prepared. However you get the wow factor when you enter the amazing building which has been superbly renovated for the 3 accommodations upstairs.
We had a lovely 2 night stay, slept well comfy bed and no disturbance.
Entry was easy, enter codes supplied over phone by the reception at the Hotel.
We used park and ride and saved a huge amount of money on parking for two days. The No 2 bus stops are just a few minutes walk around the corner. So pleased with this booking 10/10 loved it.
Hairdryer, ironing board, tea coffee milk, mini fridge, coffee percolator. Bathroom kitted out well, excellent shower area, lovely towels and toiletries superb. Wifi good.

Fab location in a quiet lane in the very centre of Oxford. Room was spotless and well equipped. The en-suite shower room was modern and clean. You are provided with a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, plenty crockery and a sink - what’s not to love. Will definitely book again.

Henry’s was a revelation! Modern, with great facilities and very comfortable accommodation. We had a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen sink and counter, plus breakfast table. It was private and an ideal space (unlike most hotels) for storing extra stuff like milk, juice, wine, cheese and nibbles. It was also a great central location, so easy to eat out and return to. USB charging points, plus plenty of plug sockets for all your tech. The hosts were discreet and very friendly by email, door codes mean no keys or cards to lose. Would definitely stay again, and recommend highly to easy-going city-loving couples.
