That fluffy haired young man who puts things in the oven is a delightful young chap. I think he’s the manager. My food was ready before I could blink and the older fellow who made my drink put a lovely pattern of a duck on it. I think they were called Theo and Stan. 10/10 service. I will always come in here with my grandchildren.

Lovely food and great service. The atmosphere was just a bit loud for me given that it is an old building. Dogs are allowed which is a plus!

We enjoyed our afternoon tea at the Heritage Café. The food was great (a choice of hot and cold sandwiches, a massive scone each and a selection of cakes) and we made the most of the unlimited hot drinks on a very cold day! The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. Would love to come back!

Afternoon tea here. Booked a few days beforehand as requested. Delicious range of sandwiches and cakes, unlimited hot drinks, and a lovely attentive young lady (Hannah) attending to us during our visit. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Nice cafe and cake but the hot chocolate was luke warm , but we still drank it as was only a quick pit stop .
