Booked through Groupon for a cheeky night away. Lovely welcome when we arrived. The room was pleasant, we were given a double room with bunk beds, a bit strange as just a couple, it didn’t really matter for one night. A bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as promised. We had dinner included Prawn Cocktail, Roast Pork Loin and veg. It was nice. Service was really good. Breakfast the next day was excellent! You couldn’t have asked for more choice. All in all we had a lovely stay. The one thing that stands out is the friendliness of the staff, each and everyone had a smile and were lovely.

Beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful Lucy on Reception in particular. Very accommodating as we booked last minute as we was not happy with our air bnb. Convenient location, stunning views. Parking can be slightly inadequate when there is a private function or busy periods.

This was a very disappointing stay. ||We booked a refurbished king room, which was rather small. There were two chairs in the room, but there was not enough room for either in front of the dressing table. When we returned from our evening event, the room was rather cold, but the air conditioning was not working to heat (or cool) the room, despite our best efforts. There were no instructions on how to set the aircon (and by then it was too late to call someone up). The duvet was very poor quality and the duvet cover very rough.||Breakfast was buffet style, as expected. Unusually however, there was no tea and coffee service. There were no instructions on how to get hot water from the coffee machine. Coffee was not available from the coffee machine - this was provided in large jugs in the service area. The toast machine was poorly preset: once through provided underdone toast, twice through burnt. No ketchup, no brown sauce and no teaspoons.||Overall we had the feeling that everything had been done to economise wherever possible - minimal service and minimal quality - providing an underwhelming experience.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were all really friendly and helpful (especially Connor on reception). Our room was lovely with a good sea view, comfortable bed and an en-suite that had everything including a wonderful shower.|The evening meal was excellent and again the staff were very attentive and could not do enough.|It seems that the management have trained the staff well in customer care, it made our stay very pleasant and has encouraged us to consider staying again.

Excellent location. Had a room with a sea view which was great. Right across the road from the beach. Room was not the worst decor wise but not the best. Breakfast was self service buffet. Continental selection was poor. Cooked choice was a bit better but not easy to serve when having to lit lids to serve with a queue waiting. Also, food was not hot.
All staff were friendly and polite. I would stay here again but would not have breakfast as not worth it.

Brill location a stones throw from the Beach.Staff very friendly, piano was fun. The breakfast was varied with plenty to choose from. Out of season with minimal guests at this time, luckily the weather was perfect. would recommend for a short getaway to relax ?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it met all my expectations.

The location is simply superb. It’s situated near the pier, the observation wheel, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for walking and exploring.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. The bed was incredibly cosy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The amenities, including air conditioning and a TV, enhanced the overall comfort. However, the only thing missing was a fridge, which would have been a nice addition.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with a good variety of food and drinks to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day.

The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.

Overall, my stay was delightful. The combination of a prime location, good room quality, a great breakfast selection, and outstanding staff service makes this hotel a top choice. While the rooms could benefit from some updating, I am overall very happy with my stay and will definitely use this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
