If you're not looking for anything fancy this is the place for you. Good sized room with ensuite. Nice clean and good sized bed. No restaurant for evening meal, but dining room for breakfast. Great choice of food and drink on the buffet style breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful.

For a 1 night stay this is not to bad. The beds were good. But the shower was without any power. Rooms were small and really need an update. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The inside of 1 of the doors in the rooms looked like it was attacked by any axe.

This place is perfect for our Download weekend trip! Friendly helpful staff, great bar open when we get back from a long day. Rooms could do with updating but they’re always comfy & clean. Great breakfast, hot & lots of choice, love that they have filter coffee…..please never get a machine! Booked again for next year & will continue as long as prices stay reasonable.

Very warm welcome on arrival. |Clean room with the usual amenities, including bottled water.|Beds are comfortable and supplied with 2 pillows, blackout curtains, so know light came in excellent. |As a bigger than usual man did have a bit of a squeeze to get between the sink and the door handle(room 26).|Breakfast was well worth the extra. |If in the area again, we will definitely stay.

We used this as a relatively cheap base to go to a gig at the pub round the corner. There was a wedding going on when we got there which was nice to see. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. The hotel check in was quick and the room wasn't bad at all. We didn't stay for breakfast or food.

No-frills hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds, bathroom a bit small. I would happily stay here again. Within walking distance of multiple eateries and watering holes.

For 2 nights, this was nice enough. Can't fault the service, particularly the restaurant staff on Sunday morning, who were wonderful. The room was a little small & bathroom a little cramped, but it was definitely clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. I would definitely return for a weekend stay. Oh, and the breakfast was very good - and finally! A hotel that serves decent coffee!

Rooms are clean and en-suite clean. Hotel is Pretty dated. Quick check in. You can hear everything, walls are really thin, you can hear people on their phone and snoring. Ok for the night and reasonable price.
