On a fifteen day trip with my son traveling the UK and just randomly came across this place on a Google search and of all the things we've seen, this place and the couple that runs it will be one of the biggest highlights of our trip.

Just loved who they are and how they treated us. Even showed us a couple really old artifacts found on their property when discussing the history there.

The breakfast was amazing, my son says so as well haha. The room was well kept and yeah, literally just loved it and their company. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and place to stay at. Thanks for allowing us!

Myself and three family members stayed here for one night after attending a wedding nearby .The stay was perfect . Les and Charlotte are the loveliest couple .Nothing was too much trouble . My bed was so comfortable and I had a great sleep .The breakfast was first class . I absolutely loved eating in the big kitchen , it was so lovely . |Needless to say highly recommended and will definitely stay again if the need arises …..

What a lovely place. My daughter and I arrived late on Tuesday night having walked down the canal from Lydiate. Charlotte was so welcoming. The farm and room were lovely and breakfast was amazing - just what we need to fuel our onward journey. Les gave us loads of advice on our route from the farm through to Cedar Farm.|Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Charlotte and Les

A hidden gem in burscough! I'm always pulling my hair out at the prices of hotels in the cities.

I stayed in an En suite double. The room was cozy, perfectly decorated. The mattress was comfy, amazing pillows!

I had a fantastic breakfast and had a brilliant chat with the owners who are fantastic people.

I'm not surprised at all that this B&B has been around so long!

Thank you so much again for your hospitality! You'll be seeing me more, that's for sure!!

Booked this B&B for one night when attending a party nearby. We were given a cottage with double bedroom, sitting room , bathroom and lounge with all the self catering equipment you could want. Nice and warm and cosy, quiet given the road alongside. The hosts were very friendly, we had a lovely breakfast in the main house next morning and put the world to rights with a nice conversation; and all for a very reasonable price. |The b&b was easy to find with plenty of parking space, nice garden with some lovely ornaments and statues. All in all a very pleasant place to stay, in some respects we wish our trip had been longer. For walkers the nearby Leeds Liverpool Canal, and Rufford arm would provide easy pleasant walks. We will certainly be back.

Charlotte and Les are wonderful, friendly, welcoming hospitable hosts. Lovely immaculate home and perfect location just a short stroll away from the village. Room was lovely, spacious and immaculate and breakfast was delicious and the best we have had for years ! Thank you and cannot wait to be back

Lovely B and B, we had a whole bungalow to ourselves, this place has rooms and annexes, breakfast isn't in the cost of the room but can be ordered. The breakfast is delicious. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, would visit again

Stayed hear many times also in the bungalow next door . Lesand Charlotte are excellent hosts and the breakfast is fantastic . Would recommend to anyone . Well done. Look forward to our next visit
