Lovely Manager, great breakfast and rooms were bang on. Just what we needed. We will definitely be back. We want to meet the Chickens responsible for the amazing eggs!

I stayed here during my 2023 John O'Groats to Lands End ride, when I was accompanied by my wife and 13 year old son, who were acting as support crew.||We were made to feel very welcome in this private guest house. Tina, Tony and Lisa are friendly and gracious hosts. This is a very quiet location but easy to find by car with Google and close to Boots, Tesco, Waitrose and the railway station.||We shared a large, homely family room with double bed and double sofa bed - both of which were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was warm, clean, modern and  bright with a shower only and heated towel rail covered with ample fluffy towels.||There is easy independent access to the property using key fob so guests are free to come and go as they please.  The adjoining funeral directors next door provides ample free parking.||Guests enjoy exclusive use of the guest house which includes use of a separate cosy TV lounge and dining room. The owner lives in separate property adjoined at the back.  A thoughtful gesture included a plentiful supply of current magazines to browse on the landing.||Our cooked breakfast was ordered the night before.  A buffet of cereals, fruit and yoghurts greets you in the communal dining room.||There is no dining on site but there is good access to nearby pubs and fast food outlets.  Guests are allowed to bring back any takeaways or heat meals in the microwave.||My bike was stored overnight in the owner’s garden at the back of the house.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. Tina and Tony are wonderful hosts and there is nothing they wouldn’t have done for us. The property is stunning with a lovely garden. The bedroom was beautiful with a modern en-suite and there were lots of lovely personal touches. There was a guests lounge which was beautifully decorated and the breakfast room was equally lovely. The breakfast itself was fabulous - perfectly cooked and lots of variety. We will definitely stay again - thanks guys x

A warm welcome from Tina. Both rooms extremely comfortable, and lots of little extras made our stay all the more welcoming. The comfortable lounge for guests use was well used by us on our 2 night stay. Breakfasts were ample and an excellent choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts. Would highly recommend this place.

.My husband & I and our 4 adult children stayed overnight for a family wedding at a nearby venue. Tina was very welcoming and helpful in recommending taxis. There was no problem with a late night. The rooms were very well stocked clean and spacious with very good facilities. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice including gluten free for one person, the full English was wonderful, if a little too much for some! We thoroughly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area, and a reasonable price. I hope we will be able to return sometime.

A beautiful home; large bedroom with plenty of space, and available storage; generous bathroom with a shower (great water pressure); excellent wifi connectivity; and all of the amenities you could hope to find in a “home away from home.”|Breakfast was delicious!|Tina and Tony made us feel very welcome, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I stayed 2 nights while playing in a tournament at Nailsea Croquet Club (about one mile away). The room was spotless and well equipped, breakfast was very good and Tina was an excellent hostess generally. I'd definitely visit again !
