Fraser and Maria were exceptional hosts!|We have just spent the weekend here for my cousins wedding and this place and the hosts were incredible! Amazing room and incredible breakfast! They couldn't do more for you. We absolutely loved it here!|They do so much to make sure you're comfortable and it totally exceeded our expectations and only a short walk to the high street!|We will definitely be returning to this Amazing place! Absolutely 5* xxxx

Fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. Very comfortable and a view over the garden. Nice big ensuite.|Even a mini fridge with fresh milk. Couldn't fault it. We would stay again. |Close enough to the town to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants.|

Fraser and Maria are outstanding hosts, who can't do enough for you. We arrived an hour before check-in and were allowed to access our room immediately as the room was ready. We stayed during a heatwave and Maria had very kindly put two large fans in our room to help keep us cool. The room (No. 6) had every amenity you could wish for: full length mirror, magnification mirror for make-up, small fridge containing water and fresh milk, plenty of hangers, towels and toiletries. The tea tray had plenty of choice for hot drinks and a couple of chocolates too. Breakfast was a feast! Fresh juices, large fresh fruit salad with your choice of yogurt, followed by a full English. We would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful B&B, a 5 minute walk from the high street. Tip - book directly and you will get a discount for staying two or more nights.

Fraser and Maria are exceptional hosts, this is our second stay in no. 7 nothing disappoints. Room was spotless. Amazing breakfast Roger gives it 20 out of 10. Kathy loved the poached eggs. Relaxing on the patio was a bonus, So was the iced glass. You won’t find a better b and b so don’t even try.

Excellent in every way. Would definitely recommend this B & B. The rooms are finished to a high standard and breakfast excellent. This is top rate accommodation.|The hosts Maria and Fraser are super people that welcome you warmly.|The rooms are large and clean, with a well appointed en-suite bathroom. All of the fittings are modern and of high quality. |The breakfast was really good and tasty. It will keep any well built man satisfied until mid-afternoon.|The free parking was an added bonus.|You do not need to stay anywhere else when in Lymington

Just had a great 3 days staying at Highfield. Fraser and Maria are the perfect hosts. Nothing is to much trouble for them.
Breakfast is fabulous.
Easy walk into Lymington . Good restaurants close by to try.
