What an absolute gem of place! Booked here for my daughter’s Hen Party and unlike other venues you have exclusive use of the facilities within the Spa area as well as the accommodation for changing, showering or bathing which is a real added bonus. There are so many areas within the Spa itself to explore as well as outside areas weather permitting. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating to your needs but apart from the initial tour around, serving of afternoon tea and treatments you are left alone to relax and enjoy. The treatments were delivered by a wonderful therapist who was friendly and adapted treatments to meet individual needs which left you feeling completely relaxed afterwards. Afternoon tea was served upstairs and was delicious. The time literally flew past way too quickly but we would have no hesitation in returning here ourselves or recommending this venue to others!

We had such a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful spa! We felt very welcomed and there was always someone available to ask questions/ get extra coal for the bbq hut! The beds were really comfortable too. The facilities were exceptional just what you’d expect from a spa. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends! Thank you! 🤩

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

We had the most incredible time at High Fields Spa in Thorpe Abbotts! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The communication was excellent, friendly, clear, and professional, making the whole booking process smooth and stress-free.

The setting is stunning, peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place to unwind. The facilities were top-notch, with an immaculate hot tub, a luxurious sauna, and everything we needed for a truly relaxing experience.

A standout feature for us was the BBQ hut, which was absolutely amazing! It made the whole experience even more special, allowing us to cook and enjoy great food in a cozy, unique setting with our close friends.

Kyle and Natalie were fantastic, attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can't wait to return. If you're looking for the perfect escape to relax and recharge, High Fields Spa is an absolute must-visit!

Absolutely gorgeous day spent at Highfields Retreat.
We went as a group of 6 people very much in need of some relaxation and we left having had exactly that.
From the moment we arrived , Kyle was polite, easy to talk to and ask questions. He walked us round to show us all the facilities and how to use them. Explained the space was ours to use with no interruptions.
We were given gowns towels and slippers to use for the day.
We spent the day laying on the sun, swimming in the pool and chilling in the hot-tub, amidst a selection of treatments.
I opted for a hot candle massage and the therapist was amazing. she was lovely and knew it exactly what she was doing. Between us we had facials massage, hot stone massage and candle massages, this lady worked hard for the whole day.

We had a lovely afternoon tea and then relaxed again afterwards.

On arrival there were bubbles on ice along with a fridge stocked with juice, soft drinks and biscuits and a selection of teas and coffees for us to help ourselves to throughout the day.
It was the little touches that really set this spa ahead of many others I’ve visited, and I will definitely return again.

Probably the cutest part of the day was the outside bbq- we hadn’t booked to use this but would definitely do so next time. It was like a tiny little elf hut.

Amazing 1 night stay at Highfields Spa Retreat with exclusive use of the pool and spa facilities. The accommodation and spa were all clean and very well maintained. The added extras like the breakfast basket and bottles of water were lovely. Communication from the owners was excellent, very friendly, approachable and information for using the spa was really clear. I would highly recommend Highfields Spa to others and we hope to stay again in the near future!

Travelled all the way from Burnley in Lancashire for a 2 night stay!
Booked a 2 day Spa package for a family of 5 , package included Pool, Sauna ,Steam room, Hot tub ,Gaming room , Body Massage, Barbecue was provided.
Everything was fantastic!!!
Thank you Kyle for all the help from start to finish. Will definitely book again!

A fantastic stay at this wonderfuly quiet and secluded private spa.

A nice warm pool, a great hot tub and an excellent sauna. Pool toys provided for kids (and child-like adults, us included!) and you can pipe in your own music via the powerful Bluetooth speaker. There was even an ice bucket with proseco and a couple of beers on arrival! Perfect to enjoy on the (free play) Street Fighter arcade machine and pool table!

The room was extremely comfortable, and the owners were helpful but happy to leave us to it. We'll definitely be back again - it was a wonderful trip!

(Also for non-drivers like us: very easy to get a train from London to Diss, and then a taxi to the spa for about £15.)

Fantastic location, with excellent facilities. Our whole spa day experience was perfect, having the facilities to ourselves made such a difference. Treatments were top notch and just what was needed. Will definitely return.
