Liked: I had a wonderful stay at the Highland Shepherd Huts. The location is fantastic, peaceful and surrounded by nature, just a short drive from Aviemore. The hut was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend break. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. I'll definitely be back!

An absolute treasure, a home from home experience the decor is amazing and so inviting but also retains a rustic feel. A wonderful experience, close to nature. Our hosts were more than helpful and our two excited springer spaniels were welcome too, they were so relaxed here as were we. A unique and most enjoyable part of our trip snd we will definitely be back, next time we might even test out the bbq’s just a stone throw from the cabin, absolutely perfect.

Really excellent experience overall. The huts were very cosy, no matter how awful the weather got it was great to be able to light a fire and bunker down. The huts were thoughtfully designed, with USB chargers and everything one could want in a base for a few nights. The showers were a particular hit, lovely hot water with lots of excellent water pressure!

Highly recommend to anyone exploring the highlands.

Very nice, individually designed, shepherd huts which have been thoughtfully equipped and finished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend a stay!

We stayed here for three nights and were amazed by everything it offered. The Bothan hut is so cozy yet functional and feels spacious despite its small size on paper. It's smartly designed and aesthetically pleasing. All the huts here compliment the natural surroundings creating a serene setting and a dreamy ambience. They have done a truly great job. This is a hidden gym for nature lovers in Scotland. I most definitely recommend it.

We staid in Alba and we had a wonderful time. Organisation was perfect, the location is a bit isolated but it's exactly what you're looking for here and the huts are stunning. They're very clean and cosy with everything you need.
