When you try something a little bit different you often come across unexpected delights.|Despite the glossy photos on websites this is an older property and the accommodation well presented but “older”. That said, the blinds, curtains, bedding and facilities were clean and very comfortable. The large room and attached bathroom are at the top of a steep stairway - large windows on 3 sides, perfect for the resident artist when he lived there (Giles - books and pictures surround you). The highlight was sitting with the delightful couple at breakfast enjoying a lengthy chin-wag! We enjoyed our time there.

Traditional farmhouse B&B in beautiful countryside run by a lovely couple. I had a huge triple aspect room with views all around, roof terrace, comfy bed, decent shower, mini fridge, and armchairs. Super quiet and peaceful. WiFi was good, and a great breakfast. It's not a modern trendy boutique hotel, nor should it be - but it was clean, comfortable, and great value. Book direct - prices on their website - way cheaper than any of the prices listed here. They don't take cards but did happily accept a bank transfer. And buy some of their homemade honey, it's lovely!

I was staying in the ground floor room, which was very spacious as was the ensuite shower room. Nice touch of fresh milk in fridge. Wifi was okay. Got advice as to where to go for evening meal which was good. Great cooked breakfast. Lovely hosts.

A 100% beautiful B&B
Fantastic friendly hosts. Beautiful room with lots of space and very clean, and every thing you could need.
Location, so Amazing. Beautiful and tranquil. Breakfast lovely with the most amazing fried eggs and honey made on the farm. If I come down this way again I will never look for another place because this place is the place I want to be.
I give this place 100 stars. ♥️

Stayed there for one night, en route to a work trip to Lowestoft. I happened to be the only guest staying that night and checked in after 10pm but the owners were very accommodating and let me in as there is no reception in the premises.
The room was large, clean and the bed very comfortable. Considering it was a very cold January, the room was lovely and warm and stayed like that throughout the night.
The owners were very accommodating regarding breakfast when they knew I had to leave by 8am and were gracious hosts throughout my stay. The only thing I would fault is the difficulty finding the place in the dark, whilst driving through narrow country lanes which probably would have been much easier if it were during the day. Other than that, very pleasant stay.

Barbara and Len very kindly accommodated me at the last minute and I was so glad I stayed, it is such a peaceful rural setting in the countryside with lovely views all around. The studio room was huge with everything I needed, a comfy bed, large bathroom, everywhere spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, freshly squeezed orange juice was a real treat, and I enjoyed a good chat with Len. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, and hope to return.

Very friendly Husband and Wife. Absolutely beautiful location and extremely tranquil. The room is very clean and modern. Products from his land like honey and the fantastic pork Sausage. Look forward to visiting again.

What a lovely place to stay? We stayed in the studio room. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely views looking out at the wildlife in the field behind. Beverly & Len are a very accommodating friendly couple. Great tasty breakfast. Absolutely no complaints at all. Definitely return when next in the area.
