This is such a lovely place to stay. They’re very welcoming, friendly people. Staying in the annexe you have your own private space, yet you have a warm welcome and homely breakfast. A brilliant Airbnb! Recommend.

Alan and Jane are wonderful hosts and welcomed us with open arms into their home. We had the double room with adjoining bathroom and our daughter, husband and grandson had the 2 bed annexe, with z bed for the 9 year old. Both rooms were perfect for our needs. Wonderful breakfast each morning. It was great to hear of Alan and Jane's life and travels during his career, but they were equally interested in hearing about us. A lovely, comfortable home and fabulous garden. Thanks again.

Alan and Jane made me feel very welcome. I had the single room with view onto the garden and private use of the bathroom just next door. The full english breakfast was a treat every morning (made by Alan) and made special by Alan's home made marmalade and jams. The house is situated on a quiet street about 20 minutes walk away from town and not far away by car to historic places and show gardens. I will definately stay with them again next time I'm in Sevenoaks.

We had a great stay this weekend at Hillside Road. We had the annexe room which had its own entrance which was great for us as we came back late after meeting with friends. The room was very clean and a lovely space. Bathroom was downstairs again very clean. We commented how nice it is to meet and speak with people at breakfast. Alan and Jane were great hosts, lovely stay.

Not sure I should be giving this a good review as it has become my favourite place to stay when I visit Sevenoaks (and I don't want everybody knowing or there may not be room for me another time!) But it is an excellent place to stay, very quiet, walking distance to the town (10-15 mins), very comfortable, clean, warm, well equipped, a good breakfast. Alan and Jane are a joy and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Like most B&Bs, the experience relies on lovely hosts. And that is certainly what you get in Alan and Jane. Attentive, friendly but relaxed, they make you feel very welcome in their B&B. Quiet clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast to send you on your way. And really great value price too. I'd recommend this B&B highly to anyone wanting to stay in the Sevenoaks area.

We were made to feel very welcome by Alan and Jane. It was extremely convenient for us as only 5 mins away from where we were going to an event. Everything you needed, very quiet, bed was comfortable and an excellent breakfast. The bathroom was right next to our room and just for our use. A nice large LCD tv also.
