We stayed for 1 night on Saturday (family of 3) having settled our daughter in to Uni. The staff were lovely, the room was very spacious and new and clean, very impressive the only downside was that our room on the 6th floor room 623 was facing a cocktail bar called Eden. The noise from the music .. even through the sound proof glass|… was awful , we hardly got any sleep because of the constant ‘boom boom boom’ until around 2am Such a shame and not the hotels fault, there should be a noise complaint made against the bar because if you were lower than us it must have been unbearable. If we stay again which I’m sure we will I will request a room on the other side. ||Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, great selection of hot English breakfast, pastries, fruits, cereals and many other items.

Love a Hilton hotel! Bounemouth is in a great location to what ever you have planned. Our room on this occasion over looked the rear, which was a bit of a let down! The rooms on the front of the hotel are the best! Even though ours cost a bit more. Staff are always helpful and polite but the bar is not staffed, so you have to wait for one to come serve you, no matter day or night, it seemed. Drinks and food faultless.

I’ve just had a fantastic stay at the Hilton on Bournemouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant with an upgrade to a sea view suite. Had dinner in the restaurant in the 8th floor food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is great - clean, well appointed, very well maintained. A small gripe is that the shower head is a nonsense. Hilton - please just a get one that does the job, it doesn't have to look "original" just cover me in water at a constant rate.||The rest of the hotel is not the same. The Sky bar, in particular, is a different thing. I went on a Thursday evening when I arrived for a bite and drink. It was like eating in an empty night club. Completely soulless, cold and unappealing. The staff were very matter of fact and did not engage. I had to keep asking for everything. The burger that I had was probably the worst I have ever experienced. The bun was chewy in a way that I imagine eating putty would be and there was a sauce that overpowered the patty itself so I cannot comment on whether this tasted good or was well cooked. The whole burger was a shocker - although the fries were very good. As to the balcony, who would design an evening balcony facing East in this country, cold and in the shade from the middle of the day? Just mind boggling!

A lovely modern hotel with great rooms, reasonably priced bars and a great breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Didn’t use the gym or spa onsite but colleagues did and loved it. Will be staying here in future for business again!

Went for afternoon tea in the roof top bar. Whilst the quality afternoon tea was good (albeit very expensive for the poor surroundings) the hotel environment itself is shocking for this standard. The decor is tatty and shabby, tables and chairs are all stained and the outdoor area needs a good clean. The decor of the internal areas has been done on the cheap and is tacky, there is no flow and consistency to the place and it is gloomy and dingy particularly the reception area. Topped off with unmaintained landscaped areas to the front. It's just very very poor. This is absolutely not a four star hotel, Hilton should be ashamed at themselves for charging the amounts they do for this place, I would rather stay at the purple chain budget hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The first three nights were pleasant, with friendly and accommodating staff making the experience enjoyable. However, my experience on the fourth night was less than satisfactory due to an encounter with a receptionist named Renata. When I extended my stay for an additional night, she quoted a price double what I had paid for the previous three nights for the same room.

Initially, Renata appeared nice, but her demeanor quickly turned rude and disrespectful. She provided incorrect information about the parking next to the hotel, which was frustrating. While her tone was submissive, it became apparent that her attitude varied depending on the guest. She was notably nicer to older individuals and men, indicating a selective approach to customer service.

Renata's behavior towards me was unprofessional and judgmental. Although she has the capacity to be courteous, her selective friendliness was disappointing. If you're considering staying here, be aware of this particular staff member's inconsistent behavior. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but interactions with Renata can significantly affect your experience.

Nice overall experience, staff were reasonably welcoming, but the language barrier was a bit tricky.

£13.50 for parking is extortionate, especially as you can self park for half that opposite the hotel.

Rooms - well decorated and luxurious, but let down by little things such as no down lighting (common issue with Hilton), carpets being tired and pulling up in places, and spider webs on the balcony. (£180.00 a night for context) TV had limited connectivity. However, it is nice to see built-in HDMI capabilities.

Beds - hard and creaky and the pillows... my goodness, they hurt your neck. They look substantial but crumble into nothing with any weight... (again standard Hilton)... I had to put the throw pillows underneath to support them.

Breakfast - the saving grace.... a-ma-zing... best I've had for a while.
