Afternoon tea in the Bar was very fresh and clean. The scones were still warm and light after an hour of service. Lovely staff. Very happy and helpful. Mocktails were amazing. The tables are spaced enough for private conversations to not be overheard. Service was excellent

Having had a disappointing stay in a few other Brighton hotels, we decided to try this one for a change. Very glad we did, and would definitely choose this hotel again. Granted, we went out of season so it wasn't overly busy, but the staff were helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Plus the main reception area and staircases are beautiful!

I can not thank you enough to the Hilton Brighton team for a wonderful stay. I asked for the upgrade to get a sea view. And that did not disappoint me at all. Gorgeous views and the sounds of the sea are so calming and peaceful. You can hear it from your room. 💖 Enrich, the guest relations manager left a lovely note and treats in my room as this was a very special trip for me. Thanks a lot for the surprise. đŸ„° Breakfast was amazing, Emily at check-in was kind and gave me detailed information for the facilities, which was awesome. Thanks to Ruth for arranging a nice room for me after a bit of confusion, and you saved the moment. The pool was soothing and clean. The lady who serviced our room was so polite, warm, and friendly, cleaning the room with the big smiles, shows the great level of hospitality. Thank you, team, for an unforgettable stay experience. đŸ˜â™„ïžđŸ‘Œ

We chose the Metropol after an unpleasant experience at their near neighbour last time we visited Brighton, and we were definitely not disappointed. This Hotel is excellent with the staff, so helpful and pleasant, they treated us like old friends, nothing was too much trouble, we especially liked all the staff in the bar area, the only name we managed to get was Oliver who was great, and the two Ladies with him were also superb..|The room was large and to a high standard, with the hot weather the A/C was much appreciated, but we were surprised that a Hotel of this standard didn't have fridge ?. The TV was one of the largest we have ever had in a hotel, and it worked perfectly, not always the case in some hotels.|The meals in the Bar were really good with a nice atmosphere, cooked well with speedy service. The breakfast was very good considering the number of people that they were catering for.|We visit Brighton to visit the Dome when there is something we want to see so it will not be long before we return to this Hotel, can't praise it enough

Probably the nicest hotel right on the beach! Breakfast was lovely. The view of the room was such a special treat. Also, the kids loved the pool! Something for everyone. Really worth every penny. Will def be coming again.

Another fabulous stay, this hotel has one of the best locations and all of the staff we encountered were fabulous. Hana in reservations who assisted with my complex booking, to Antonio who met us with such a welcoming manner. The breakfast team of Jade and Steve, Istvan, Nina, Zuszsana, Ella and Xhesika on Monday morning and to cap it off, Enrich who checked us out, we didn't really want to leave. At a time that was very sad for us, you lifted our spirits, thank you to all!

We hired the renaissacne suite for around 30 people for our corporate confrence, the space is lovely and conveniently located in the hotel. A nice break out space and extremely well fitted-out confrence space, the renaissance suite was perfect for our event. A massive thanks to Immie and Alena for helping us with this on late notice, the team were extremely accomodating and would recommend to anyone looking to do a similar type of thing.

I booked one night at this hotel for my mums birthday for a family of 5. 3 adults and 2 children. I booked over a week in advance and requested for a sea view or a nice view as that is important to my mum and it was her birthday. I was informed that it may not be available on arrival. When we arrived our bedroom view was absolutely horrible. It was the back of buildings and restaurants. However we put that past us because the room was nice. We arrived at 18:30 after a 3 1/2 hour drive we all needed a shower. My mum took her shower first and the drain was blocked so the water was leaking out of the shower. There was a pool of water and started to leak onto the carpet that’s how much water there was. I called reception to let them know. They said the maintenance team have left and wouldn’t be back until 7:30am and who wants to wake up early while on a relaxing break. The lovely lady at reception couldn’t change our room because there was no one available to make up the sofa bed as I booked a superior kings room with sofa bed, so she gave us a room next door to shower in until 12pm the next day. I booked the maintenance in at 10am. They didn’t arrive until 10:30am we also had swimming booked for 10:30am. They came and couldn’t fix the drain. They said they were coming back but they didn’t. I called reception they was waiting for it to be reported to the manager and was nothing they could do. We went next door to shower but the black dirt from the drain came through this shower from our room after they plunged it so we were also unable to shower in that room. I told reception and she said to shower in the swimming pool and by the time we get back maintenance would have fixed our shower. We arrived back at our room at 1:30pm to the drain still blocked. Water still all over the floor baring in mind we also couldn’t even use the toilet because of the and was using the communal one downstairs. We needed to shower and had lunch booked for 2pm at a restaurant. I called Debbie at reception and she said “but haven’t you had a shower already” which i found rude because I paid for this room and can shower as many times a day as i want. I do not find shower at the public pool very satisfying and would like to shower in my room privately. She came up and couldn’t believe what she saw. She gave us another room down the corridor which was not a like for like there was only one bed for all of us and was a disability enhanced room. While moving all our things they cut off our key so we couldn’t get in the room and had to wait for someone to come up and open the door which was very frustrating because I was already pissed off that we had to move everything. I demanded to speak to the manager to let him know this is not a like for like room I didn’t pay for this. I was told I couldn’t speak to him until departure and there’s nothing else they can do. I told them there’s nothing he can do for me once I leave I need to speak to him now!! He came up to the room. Said there was no other room available. Gave us 5 drink vouchers and refunded £50 that I paid for late checkout. At this point I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave. I wasn’t happy that was all he can do. 5 drink vouchers? And I paid £350 for one night. VERY disappointed in this hotel. Will never come back. Was night relaxing at all very stressful.
