Excellent selection at bar, decent bed, and the breakfast was lovely, particularly the sausages. Best part for me though was the staff. From the gentleman who checked me in, to the lady who checked me out. Particular mention to William and Jayani - they could not have been more accommodating, professional and pleasant - made me feel like a VIP! It was very much appreciated and highly commendable, thank you. I'm sure I'll be back.

Lobby and reception are modern but rooms very old and dated. Majority of rooms with bath tubs and very dull looking, a lot of the furniture is also dated with evident wear and tear. Despite this, service is good and beds comfortable. Hotel could do with a refresh but can’t fault the location and the upkeep when it comes to food/customer service. Guests are able to use the gym/pool facilities also which is a bonus.

Great hotel with super friendly staff and comfy rooms. Being dog-friendly is a massive plus and the staff really make the dogs feel welcome. Good location with easy access to M1 and rooms are quiet despite being near the main roads.

Overall it was a great stay, Sarah on arrival was brilliant, evening meal was delicious and the spa /swim facilities were great. The bedroom was very hot on arrival (I dont mind that ) there was air conditioning though but I can imagine some people moaning. I couldn't find an hairdryer but didn't enquire at reception either.. Breakfast was the most disappointing - we got there for 6.40 (breakfast was from 6.30) the pancake machine wasn't working and the food on the hot plates wasn't that hot... however there was a huge variety to suit numerous dietary requirements - other than that a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me off staying in the future.|Room and the hotel was very clean.

The lobby area is fresh and inviting, however the rooms haven't been changed from possibly the 90s. They function ok just need modernising. The sink in the bathroom is too low and the TV placement is too low, making hard to watch TV from the bed. The towels were large and so very soft and fluffy. Breakfast was great. Good choice of eggs and fruit. I had poached eggs and they were overcooked but didn't stop me eating them. The staff are great, professional and friendly. Restaurant prices are very high for the potion size and quality offered.

We hosted an event in the Derby suite. The staff were so accommodating. Especially Sunny, a big thank you for securing our buffet and making me laugh. You're a fantastic person. The Hilton EMA should be proud to have you on board.

Unfortunately I didn't get to experience an overnight stay.

One night stopover.
Very comfortable. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
Can confirm previous reviews which said the rooms are quiet. Well soundproofed.
Nice bar area for a nightcap.
Excellent choice of breakfast options with quality ingredients.

Five star out of five stars since everything here was beyond excellent! Extremely kind and friendly staff, the facilities were on point, the food was really delicious and the rooms were of good size, felt lovely and clean and had everything on hand that you could wish for, for one night. We shall definitely return!
