Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and had everything you needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast tasty and had plenty of choice. I also ate in the restaurant in the evening. I was served by Rhia (who I asked for her name) because was amazing. She made sure I didn’t have any allergies and was able to answer certain questions I had about item on the menu. It’s really lovely to be served by someone who clearly enjoys her job.

My stay at the Hilton Croydon was in one word phenomenal. My family and I were treated so wonderfully by pretty much all members of the team, from the restaurant staff to the other service staff, we were made to feel like it was home in the 2 weeks we spent there. I cannot recommend it enough. I owe a big thank you to Yamuna who works in Reservations. She made every day we stayed such a joy. From her warmth in dealing with our requests to her efficiency, she was simply amazing and such an to asset to the hotel. Thank you Hilton Croydon !

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. However the food served at the lounge was poor. It was also my birthday and I felt a lot more could have been done, only water was provided. I think your hotel should offer a paid birthday package if they don’t want to pay for a few balloons. The shower in my room was poor. I had to ask for a robe and this was not brought to me and I had to request this again.

Great location for a last minute stay. Unfortunately had a few downfalls, room was not cleaned properly - hair and other unwanted dirt was all over the place. The room could have come with a few more amenities for the price; disposable toothbrush, shower cap etc.I had ordered and paid for a couple pints of coronas but the tap had run out half way through the 1st one, my husband changed to a Stella and I asked for a bottle of corona instead and the lady refused so I said I’ll take 2 bottles and pay the difference and she refused again and said something about the till not allowing it which was pretty strange.Overall was convenient for a last minute stay but would not go out of my way to stay there.

The Private Wellness 90 minute experience was very relaxing and much needed. The space includes a changing room (with door), two relaxing lounge beds with pillows, sauna, steam room and experience shower that has some really lovely smelling aromatherapy options, as well as a zero gravity bed. Additionally there is cold, ambient and hot water with some herbal tea available, a digital pad for music and a beautiful water feature for more zen vibes. The zero gravity bed was definitely a different experience and the instructions took a bit of getting used to but it's worth going in for more than 10 mins to fully zone out. Sauna and steam room good temperatures. Useful to have two sets of towels to use in the sauna and steam room and then towels for after a shower. Slippers, robes and bath mats provided too, and everything seemed really clean. Really recommended for a couples gift experience at a reasonable price and for more privacy than traditional spa experiences, although minus the treatments and pool unless you're a hotel guest.

Lovely hotel very very well presented. Staff excellent. Only fault is the minimum £2 parking fee when dropping someone off. Surely if the person in the car is a resident then this shouldnt be the case.

She was always friendly, helpful, and kind, going above and beyond to make the dining experience truly exceptional. A special mention goes to Nadir, who was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to assist us with our requests, making our stay even more pleasant. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring our room was perfect, Nadir's dedication to service truly stood out.

The hotel itself was well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was ideal for exploring the area.
