We stayed at the Hilton for the last weekend of June. The bed and pillows were super comfortable I slept great. The room was immaculately clean and cool. It was a warm weekend, but we had fans in our room to help us with the heat. Breakfast was delicious, and the food from the bar was also very tasty. We received exceptional service from the staff - Amy, Marta, Bev & Ques Li - we were very well looked after. Thank you for a great stay.

I had the pleasure of staying hilton Northampton recently, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Anxhela at the reception, whose professionalism and friendliness immediately made me feel welcome. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and offering great local recommendations. Her warm smile and attentive service really set the tone for a wonderful stay.||The room was immaculate—modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful details, from the cozy bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi and well-stocked bathroom amenities. Housekeeping maintained everything beautifully throughout my stay.

What an amazing stay at the Hilton Northampton. We recently stayed at the hotel for a friends 40th celebration with a few friends and family! The stay was absolutely superb. ||From the customized trinkets for the children down to the excellent service levels at every touch point of our stay! ||Friendly and welcoming staff, great rooms and perfect atmosphere for a family stay!

Angela at reception was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and such kindness. She was especially thoughtful with my toddler — even though she wasn’t restless, Angela offered her some LEGO and colouring materials, which was such a sweet gesture. She also noticed my daughter loved flowers and picked a few sprigs of lavender from the desk just for her. It made her day!

Angela’s warmth and genuine care really stood out. She’s a true credit to the team and made our visit feel extra special. Thank you, Angela!

Right where do I start, this is a very special Hilton. If you're looking for the best most modern facilities etc this isnt that BUT this is one of the rare hiltons where I would stay here even if the building has no roof because of the staff. This hotel has nailed it, every single member of staff gets what it means to have guests Dawn who I believe is on the reception team just gets it, she is caring, engaging respectful, helpful and interesting and was there when I needed and knew when to leave a situation because I was working. Sandra in the restaurant was exactly the same, just a pleasure to be around, it was actually looking forward to seeing her the next morning for breakfast b because she was just nice, in a genuine way. I used to stay here and I will be honest I stopped as the service vs price ratio wasnt great but honestly what a change. There were a few other amazing members of the team but I didnt get thier names and I feel bad.||Right rest of the hotel, standard, has a gym, lots of parking, breakfast is ok, its a bit dated I will be honest but its Northampton so manage expectations it's not bad just needs a refresh but still the top end of good not great.||If you're in the area and want a reliable, good hotel with half decent breakfast (just dont get the scrambled eggs) and a gym and 10/10 service book this.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Hilton Hotel. The rooms were excellent and the service was outstanding across all areas, special shout outs to Marta, Ques Li and Amy.||Great food, lovely outside area, everything was brilliant! Highly, highly recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights following a golf trip. Breakfast service was good, food nice enough in general, rooms comfy and clean, we’re carrying out reservations when I stayed so rooms should be new soon. The gym was okay as well. Shame it doesn’t have a pool or sauna facilities, if it did I’d have scored it a 5.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Nicha and Anxhela were amazing at the reception—super friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. They really made the check-in and overall stay feel warm and welcoming. Big thanks to both of them!
