Great location, 10 mins walking from the train station. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely continental and cooked breakfast this morning. The hosts in the restaurant this morning were lovely, friendly and chatty as were the bar staff in the evening.
The gym is a little dated doctor wise although quality kit and everything you need. Well done Hilton (Nottingham) on having such great staff!

I rated this hotel 5 stars reason for this is because we had a fantastic time at the hotel! I visited with the family, and from the minute we arrived, we received a warm welcome. Nikolas was so helpful and nice, making sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows. Breakfast was delicious too; those sausages were a hit (apologies to vegan fans). Even though Denise from breakfast was busy, she was still friendly and a joy to talk to. Overall, everyone we met was top-notch in their service. I can't wait to come back to this hotel!

From the moment I stepped into the Hilton Nottingham, I felt warmly welcomed – but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible concierge, **Rotimi**!||Not only was the hotel itself stylish and comfortable (with all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton), but Rotimi took hospitality to the next level. He was an absolute gem – *so* helpful, genuinely lovely, and full of good humor that instantly put me at ease. Whether I needed directions, local tips, or just a good laugh after a long day, Rotimi was there with a smile and the kind of charm that you don’t forget.||It’s rare to meet someone who clearly loves what they do and brings so much positive energy to the job. He made the hotel feel more like home and gave my trip that extra sparkle. Honestly, I left with not just great memories of Nottingham, but of one of the friendliest, funniest concierge staff I’ve ever met!||Big thanks to the Hilton Nottingham for a great stay – and even bigger thanks to Rotimi. I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Nottingham whilst visiting for a weekend of ice hockey games. The room, whilst small, was clean and comfortable. I thought the decoration was nice and the shower was great, as were the towels. My room was very quiet, but I was positioned away from the street which helped. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very central. There’s parking but the car park is tiny and extremely hard to reach but the hotel send a video (which you need to watch in advance!).|The room had been refurbished but we found the shower very small and the shower head not really worthy of a deluxe room. |Housekeeping was very late cleaning on the Saturday - it still hadn’t been done at 4pm - and reception doesn’t answer the phone. It’s a very busy hotel with too few staff, but the staff there are do a great job.|Breakfast was as you’d expect of a Hilton.|Worth booking for the central location, but beware that weekends are extremely busy and service levels will dip.

A really brilliant break - we had a coeliac in our party and the breakfast was first class. Huge thanks to restaurant manger Peter and chef Saif who couldn't have been more helpful and made breakfast a great experience. I would highly recommend for everyone, especially if you are a coeliac.

Hospitality at its finest! Enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Comfy beds, fluffy towels and plenty of tea and coffee. Location is fabulous, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was wonderful, large variety and piping hot. The highlight was the reception staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. A special mention for Nickolas on reception, so warm and welcoming, we look forward to our next stay. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. Nikolas, you are a credit to the hospitality team. We highly recommend Hilton Nottingham, it’s a gem.
