The initial impression is great. An impressive stately home alongside a more contemporary hotel building surrounded by its own golf course. The staff are courteous and dealt quickly with our initial problem of a blood stained quilt cover.
The room was poorly decorated and very dated with no air conditioning. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly and also didn’t have a lock. The windows were originals from the 90’s, very thin & ineffective.
Our room was on the north side of the main hotel building, overlooking a service yard. The noise from the generator within the yard was horrendous and continued throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. The refuse & recycling was collected around 8am creating even more noise.
The bar area was below the standard you’d expect of a Hilton. Once again the staff were great but let down by limited stock and the disgusting environment they work in. The hotel is pet friendly and so the floors were covered in dirt and matted dog hair.
I’m sure pet owners luck enough to secure south facing rooms will have an alternative opinion however we will avoid this place in future.

Upon arrival the reception team were excellent.
Our room was excellent.
It was my birthday on the 27th, the card, chocolates and wine was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.
The breakfast was one of the best I've had during my stay at many Hilton Hotels.
Every team member we came in to contact with was as I hoped. We stayed to meet up with our daughter and to go house hunting, we will definitely be staying again.

Room was nice. Food OK. We stayed in the manor which apart from the bedrooms was not heated. Overall the main lobby area and bar restaurant area looked tired. Decor generally a bit run down. Too many large signs advertising itself as a gold destination simply lower the tone.

I booked this night as a surprise for my partner as she hasn’t been well at present and had to deal with a lot of family issues this year so wanted to cheer her up.Restaurant service poor and very slow which was not packed, food quality in the evening was good. Buffet breakfast in the morning was busy and quality was average. We booked the Winter suite for 1 night which cost £270 which was definitely not worth the money, manor house is freezing cold and walk from hotel was also baltic. Our suite was a decent size but had no sockets either side of the bed to charge anything, Tv screen cracked so had a permanent red line in view, bathroom had damp and mold on windows and was cold.Leisure facilities were good and clean but would not stay here again.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Puckrup Hall and had the best time. We booked direct and got a fantastic dinner and bed and breakfast package. The staff were amazing and the pool area was a real treat. This hotel is in a beautiful location and near Tewkesbury. Highly recommend.

The staff here were fantastic, every one was so very helpful. Breakfast has the best range of dairy free alternatives I've seen at any hotel. Personally the bed was too hard, but others found them fine so thats just personal preference- the rooms were nice and clean. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were very nice and the rest of the gym facilities looked nice. Very close to M50 / M5 and Tewkesbury so a great base from which to explore the area.

Not sure about other room but our room was not very impressive. We booked through booking. Com so 20-25 cheaper but all you get 2 single bed joined together which you call it queens bed . But it’s very uncomfortable for couples.
Who like to sleep hugging each others 😟☹️. Room didn’t have water bottles but nice tea- coffee stand with lovely tea bags collections.
Bar and restaurant was lively. Enjoyed black coconut ice cream.

Lovely reception area , specious breakfast restaurant and food there is cosy quiet room available with lots of book collection. Good for people who like to read.

Spa and swimming pool was nice and clean with good facilities, there was jacuzzi , steam and plenty of changing room. Hair drier ,swim suit drier and shampoo conditioner and shower gel available in shower room.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE 1 pounds coin for locker. Evening staff at leisure centre was lovely and welcoming but morning staff didn’t ever bother to reply .

Breakfast staff were lovely and welcoming, breakfast was lovely with choice of fruits , cereals, pastries, jam , marmalade, yogurt, nuts , bread and full English breakfast options available.

Overall good and valu for money. And reception staff was very welcoming and professional.

Staff were so lovely and helpful.

My daughter (toddler) loved the fish tank.

The pool was great, however it is gendered changing rather than family. Just to consider if you have multiple young children. You also need £1 for the locker.

Breakfast was great, a really wide range of stuff.

Dinner was very average, burger was okay and pizza was not great. The pizza had too much tomato sauce and burnt my mouth.
