When walking to sand down from shanklin and back this place is a must.
Its a great pit stop to refuel.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The scones were arguably the best we had whilst in the isle of wight.

We hired a beach hut and had the most relaxing warm and sunny day on the beach and the promenade. Cafe and toilets close by and fantastic friendly service from the Hinks family. Highly recommended. ❤️

Great spot for a breakfast being right on the beach wight he sun shinning was absolutely beautiful. Met a few of the boys here and we’ll all had a good breakfast and a coffee whilst putting the world to rights. We will definitely be eating here again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is planning to visit shanklin

Best coffee we got during our stay on the Isle of Wight!
Always a friendly welcome 🙂
Perfectly situated between Sandown and Shanklin (closer to Sandown), as the walk rewards you with not only a good cup of coffee (or tea) but also a quieter beach by far. The walk is on a shared pathway with cycles..flat and plenty wide enough, with surf/kayak hire also midway along.
An amount of beach stayed dry even when the tide was in. Clean beach ( and best kept kept toilets along this stretch!).
Will definitely be returning again on our next IOW break.
