This place makes the best south African boerewors, at a fraction of the cost you would get it online, they also have dry wors and biltong on the wrack in the shop! Theycan slice up the biltong for you but don't do stockies... Still a rare gem in the North East if you are a south African ex pat. 🙂

Purchased a mega meat deal last week £35 ,very disapointing ,mince ok ,chicken ok ,but 10 of the smallest steak iv ever seen, i asked the lady beforehand what steaks were included and she pointed out in the display decent size frying steaks ,but steaks for my deal were packed from rear of shop,,,shame really because onece bitten twice shy and means ill take my buissness elswhere

Check your purchase before you leave the shop. Came in yesterday for 2 lamb steaks. Got them out today to cook and its gammon. Hate gammon. £9 wasted!
