I recently had the absolute pleasure of attending a wedding at Holbrook Manor & Spa Barn, and I was completely blown away. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of elegance and charm. The stunning house and grounds provided the most breathtaking backdrop for the celebrations. Every detail was meticulously attended to, creating a truly magical experience. The venue itself is simply exquisite, with beautifully maintained gardens perfect for photographs and a grand house that exudes history and sophistication.

What impressed me most was the seamless blend of classic elegance and modern comfort. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that every aspect of the day ran smoothly. The service was impeccable, and the overall ambiance was simply perfect.

I was so impressed with Holbrook Manor & Spa Barn that I'm absolutely delighted to share that I'll be returning in 2025 for more weddings already booked at this exceptional venue. It's clear that Holbrook Manor offers an unparalleled wedding experience, and I can't wait to witness more celebrations in this idyllic setting.

Came for a spa day with afternoon tea. Pool area very tired and could really do with a refurb. Changing room facilities were clean though and reception staff very helpful. Sadly although the cafe was lovely, it was let down by young staff on phones, tables not cleared, lovely scones but sandwiches not presented well and with cheap spread used. The saving grace of this day was the really lovely spa staff, massage by Jess was really good and her and her young colleague really lovely and welcoming, very enjoyable foot treatment and smart pedicure. Hopefully the pool area will be smartened up, and cafe staff encouraged to be smarter and put on a better service as I'm sure this would make this venue a lot more attractive for repeat visits.

My boyfriend brought me here on a suprise birthday weekend away:
It was breathtaking. We had the cutest little garden room Looking out over the gardens. Use of the pool. Bath spa, gym. Sauna and steam room.
Breakfast in the charming little cafe. Literally everything a girl could ask for.
Staff were so helpful: and friendly. Cant wait to book up to go again

A lot of room for improvement. Regarding the gym, changing rooms and sauna/pool facilities: it’s more like a leisure centre than a manor. The floors are always dirty and sopping wet, changing rooms are disgusting. Cleaning needs to happen more often. A lot of small, straightforward tweaks can make a huge difference but it’s not being run correctly. The gym equipment is limited, one of the treadmills is always out of order, carpets are stained. A lot of maintenance needed for a place that charges £65 for a membership. What a joke.

Placed in a brick single story bedroom come lounge . Very grubby carpet. Vertical blinds hanging from runners.Area generally in poor repair. Hot and and cold tap in bathroom constantly running.Garden view. (REALLY)£83 No breakfast.Reception no real interest and the garden cafe closed at 1600, despite being told it would offer some simple foodstuffs and drinks.Forget it. Spa users some were very rude and clearly guest staying over were well done the list..

Arrived here for a overnight Stay.
Early Check in with Audrey and Charlotte at Reception was perfect,
Audrey Showed me to my Garden
Room which was clean and presentable, Perfect for what I needed and also explained the
Location of Restaurants where I could eat nearby.
Later in the day.

showed me Directions to the Gym and leisure facilities whilst the weather was freezing,🥶 sorry!!

In the Evening Sue who has been working here for 26 years
Offered me a cup of tea and a tour of the Manor House.

I highly recommend This place and
It is in the perfect location for a quiet Getaway.
The Staff are all Brilliant and a credit to their Employers and they Cannot do enough to make Everyone Happy and Comfortable.

If you are wanting a quiet relaxing spa day, DO NOT come here. The lockers are not secure, even when locked with a key you are given. Had to leave my belongings behind reception, clearly this was a long standing issue as they were not surprised that my belongings had been moved from a secure locker. The pool area has no space for sitting around and is packed, loud classes mean you can’t swim and sooo loud! Please don’t be tempted by the low prices.. we have learnt our lesson, you get what you pay for.
