Great little place with everything you need for a big family get together. In a lovely village with decent amenities & walks straight from the door. Places like Cleethorpes easily accessible for a day trip. Steven was great throughout, from booking, during our stay, right through to checkout. Nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend

Came with family. Every room had everything we needed. They allowed our dogs. Property clean and comfortable. Great car park at the back. Thanks for having us

I was booked in on my email to room 12 and a mistake occurred because another guest was booked into room 12. Now there are no staff onsite a lot of the time the room allocation and email communication has to be perfect and it failed. Quickly resolved but after a day at work I shouldn’t be sorting out this places problems. They also double charged my credit card for the booking. I emailed them and sent the screen shot, but heard nothing do had to chase it up. Not proactive and was better before staffed before recent management change

I basically lived there for the last 6 months due to work, and all the time I felt really good and welcome by everyone. Not one complaint to write. The bedrooms are really good and clean every days, as well as the bathrooms.
Also had meals which were really good and well cooked, no problems at all.
I really liked to stay there and if at any moment I had to travel back there I will stay for sure.

I would highly recommend, the room rates are very competitive but with no compromise on quality and cleanliness the room was spotlessly clean and modern , very spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and a comfy chair as well, plenty of power sockets with usb for phones
and tablet charging, the breakfast was excellent and served with a very friendly helpful service, I will be back.

Very good for the price. Rooms are kept very clean. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom light turns on automatically and there’s no switch to turn it off. The fan stays running when the light is on and the light does eventually turn off but I don’t know how.

Lovely room - clean, tidy with everything I needed.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was great.
Location good depending what you needed. A short drive from Brigg. Takeout options quite limited but a couple of options in the village along with a decent sized coop if you don't want to go into Brigg or further afield for food.

Would definitely stay here again.

As recently our visit to Holcombe guest house on 22/23 may 24.
We would like to say...it was excellent and convenient stay with you.
Room was nice clean.. bathroom and shower was as new.
Denise made breakfast really nice.. according our taste.. helpful and easy to get conversation.
Overall great value of price we paid.
Would recommend anyone wish to visit to you.
