I've been staying at the Holiday Inn North in Ashford for the past year while working in the area, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff here are absolutely fantastic - always friendly, helpful, and going the extra mile. Howard and his wife, along with Marta, Martha, Ben, Eleanor, and the whole team, have been incredibly accommodating. They really made me feel at home, even making sure I had the perfect room for my extended stay. It's been such a comfort knowing I had a great place to come back to after a long day. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and has everything I needed. They even went out of their way to make me special meals that weren't on the menu! Plus, the countryside location is perfect, and they always allocate me a room that truly feels like a home away from home. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ashford!

We have no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it to anybody looking for accomodation near Ashford. We had room 121 which was a very good size, spotlessly clean and very quiet. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal, all of which was nicely prepared and tasty. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely stay again

I have stayed at the hotel many times, and every time has been great. This last stay was exceptional. The greeting was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the double beds, (this was a twin bed room), were extremely comfortable. The room was large and had a good sized desk with tea and coffee facilities. USB ports as well as plug points were handy. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a good sized bath. There were no stains or visible marks. I got a great night's sleep and woke refreshed. Breakfast was brilliant. The team members welcomed us immediately and made us feel welcome. Tea and coffee were provided and fresh fried eggs on request. There was a buffet style breakfast layout and all food items looked inviting and fresh. The team members were attentive without being intrusive. All in all it was a great stay and I left fully refreshed and ready for my journey. Fully recommend this hotel.

i checked in as normal staff were really friendly. on entering the room 220 it was around 28 degrees and even with opening the windows and adjusting the room air flow because there was no way to switch of radiator it made no difference. I went down to reception and advised them of the issue and asked for a fan, at first they were reluctant to do this and tried to rest the air cooling system when this did not work they did supply a desk fan. this made very little difference and after going down to reception again they advised they were switching off the central heating system. This took ages to cool down and even with the fan on and the window open the room was stifling hot all night meaning i got very little sleep. Your staff tried their best but i think you have issues with your air cooling system which need sorting out. it was a very disappointing stay by the standards i am currently used to.

Comfortable room and bed with lots of space and good quality furnishings etc. Good location for onward travel to Le Shuttle, staff were polite, helpful and professional. There was an issue with booking at check in however staff member sorted it out quickly and was very helpful throughout. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty with the chef cooking us fresh eggs even tho it was close to shut time. Good value for money would stay there again and recommend for others to stay. Free car Parking is great too.

This is a very dated Holiday inn|It’s accessible room has a bath and a stool to climb on to get you in|Bath rails along the bath but nothing on the wall to steady you as you climb in… very dangerous. ||What the hotel lacks in facilities it makes up for in the kindness of its staff.

I have booked a family room for 3 adults for a night and we got a very spacious room with one king bed and a double sofa. We were able to have a pleasant sleep. Our booking was also included the breakfast and the price was really reasonable for a B&B. The breakfast was typical English, but there is no free coffee except for a black coffee. The location is in the North Ashford and has to drive for about 8 mins from the town center. It has free parking and there is plenty of spaces. This hotel is in the center of the Kent and ideal place to stay for those who want to explore kent from the center.

Very convenient for the Channel Tunnel. Excellent helpful staff. Clean room with everything needed. Late check in no problem and good free parking at the hotel. All at a very decent price.
