Our visit was great. The hotel is easy to find, the check in was fast and easy.
The children enjoyed the pool. The female pool attendant was a little immature and unprofessional when speaking to us but all the rest of the staff were amazing especially chef Tasha and the waitress who gave the kids a chocolate coin and made their day! The restaurant is fabulous and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn. The food was lovely and the lady that served us was wonderful. Great service. Unfortunately we forgot to take her name. But thank you to the wonderful lady ( table 17 - you know who you are ) and GM Kevin for time we had at Marco. Highly recommend the venue for family celebrations or Business gatherings.

Came to the hotel for a 30th birthday. Food was excellent at the party. Very filling and warm.
Room spacious, clean and quiet.
Breakfast well worth the money and great choice. Julie was great explaining the options and showed us where everything was.
The only thing we found is the bar drinks are very expensive. Nearly £15 for 3 shots and £30 for two gin and lemonades!

If you would like to be treated with respect and as a guest then avoid this hotel completely. Appalling and unprofessional behaviour from staff who felt, among other concerns, it was appropriate to lock us out of the room! Room service? We shouldn’t have bothered unless we wanted to “enjoy” a cold, stale meal.
Cleanliness? Well, we got a few extra hairs with our “clean” bathroom and a broken arm chair in the room; possibly this hotel has a ‘bring your own hoover and hoover’ policy that I didn’t read properly in the fine print.
And the hotel feature: the pool & hot tub! The kids were so excited to visit the pool but we should have proceeded with caution as a most unhelpful and inconsiderate member of staff was guarding the premises to ensure we have a distasteful experience, per hotel policy - no towels, no changing at the pool, no showers working but fear not! The AC WAS working and on full blast to help with shivering as you exit the pool.
Management? Now, that may just be in the process of implementation so I won’t judge harshly the lack of.
Customer focus? Well, harassing behaviour is more like it; even my 6 year old was commenting on ‘why they are so mean’!
Long story short we decided to cut our visit short and seek shelter at a different hotel which guaranteed a pleasant stay. Very disappointing on all levels. It’s a shame I am required to add 1 star for the rating. No stars deserved for our experience.

Interconnecting rooms were a good size including a sofa, adequate facilities and with tea and coffee. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant not applicable. Swimming was enjoyable, although showers were not working for the gents and also in the swimming area.

Great hotel and I had a fantastic dining experience at the restaurant in the Holiday Inn. The beef was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The overall quality of the food was outstanding. There was a small mistake with my order, but the chef Tasha handled it with incredible professionalism—correcting it very politely, swiftly, and promptly. Top marks for food and service. Really recommended.

Me and my husband stayed here last month and had a fantastic time!
The staff couldn't have been any better!
And I would like to give a big shout out to the chef tasha! Her food was out of this world! She came out and spoke to us she was so down to earth, if you are in the area we highly recommend going to the restaurant just to taste her food!
We will deffos be back for dinner again, just hope she doesn't get snapped up to another restaurant before our return!
This is a great place for a lovely stay and great food!!

Hotel is fine as long as your neighbour is quiet! Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy. Great location for travelers.

Avoid the restaurant, they over charge. Everything in the new York grill section clearly comes with fries as the menu is written, however they will charge you for them as a side.
