Very good in every way. All the staff were amazing, but special mention to Katrina in reception she went above and beyond for a customer who was a bit distressed. What a helpful lady. The beds were fab and the whole place is spotless. We stayed twice once before we went to France and once on our return. The food was very good. On our second visit we were served by Srushti who is an asset to the restaurant team. The shuttle service to the airport is very good, on our return we rang on landing and only waited 15/20 minutes. Our room faced over the side and the bin store, but I don't think I have ever seen such a clean bin area amazing!

This was our first stay following the refurbishment and reopening last year. Wow! What an incredible difference.|All of the staff during our single night stay were exceptional, polite and personable. They simply couldn’t do enough for you.|The rooms were looking amazing with very tasteful and modern decor, huge flat screen tv, very comfy bed and pillows, lovely shower etc..|Peaceful too. Didn’t hear any noise from traffic etc. the entire time. The breakfast was first class. Seemingly just cooking enough to display, keeping it fresh and tasty. A good selection of hot and cold food. I have zero doubt that I will return to using this hotel as my default when flying from Bristol Airport. I had also parked my car up here for a week. It was kept safe, in great view of staff on duty.

My Family and I stayed here for one night, but we were able to park the hire car there for two, whilst we did a short city break.||||Easily the best Holiday Inn we have visited. You cannot fault the food, drink and it even has a gym.||||How can anyone complain about food and drink prices in this place? The food quality is above par for a Holiday Inn, as are the drink choices and selection. ||||The Hotel is in great condition, spotless in fact, you can’t say the same about other similar places.||||What makes this place are the staff 100 per cent, everyone we encountered was not your typical Holiday Inn Employee. We live overseas, and the Team that work at the Hotel are more like staff you would expert to encounter in 5 Star Resorts. Special mention to Rakesh in the Restaurant, and Katrina on Reception, but again cannot fault anyone. ||||I really do not understand the negative comments about the Hotel, everything you read on the website or App is correct. No hidden charges or surprises. Taxi for £30 plus drop off charge, or £8 shuttle from the Hotel, no brainer.||||Shortly before arriving we saw rumours online about the Hotel, complete fake news.||||Fellow reviewers stop moaning and stop trying to destroy reputations, and businesses.

Excellent front desk service for checking in/out. Comfortable room and great bathroom, love the new refurbished areas. Our dining server, Alisha Pride gave us top class service and was so friendly and welcoming. It’s a fabulous stopover for airport travel, being so close with an efficient drop off and pick up service. We will always use this lovely hotel when flying out of Bristol airport. Full marks to all the staff for their cheerfulness and attentiveness, clearly first class training prevails across the board.

Wow, what a greeting by Debbie on reception, very smiley and very funny. The Hotel gets a 10 across the board from us, it is a lovely hotel. We arrived very late and forgot to print out some important documents absolutely fuming with my partner but all was OK my relationship & our holiday was saved by Debbie who straight away calmed the situation and helped to print out the documents we needed. We really can't thank her enough, what an absolute star and credit to your Company. The room was absolutely beautiful so clean,|but what a finish, we came down early and Debbie was still on shift, acknowledge us straightaway still smiling we will absolutely 100% be coming back and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

Shocked at all what this hotel had to offer. All was fantastic. Amazing check in. Problem with room that was sorted lightning quick. Evening meal and breakfast was fantastic. Well done to all the staff. Would highly recommend to all who are flying out of Bristol Airport

Thanks to all the lovely staff at the hotel. Genuinely lovely people. The refurb is a good one and feels really nice now. Didn't have any food, but as ever I hate these coffee machines. The hotel shuttle service is excellent and the cost of leaving my car was very reasonable. All in all a great stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bristol Airport, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. ||||The ordeal started at check-in, which my colleague handled with difficulty, despite what should have been a straightforward process. We eventually got to our “modern” rooms and, after a long day of work and travel, headed to the restaurant for a meal. That’s where things really started to go wrong. ||||I ordered a burger, only to be served mince meat that had clearly started to turn. The unpleasant taste and smell were unmistakable, and shortly after eating, I felt unwell. To their credit, the restaurant staff attempted to remedy the situation by offering a dessert, but that hardly made up for being served spoiled food in a hotel restaurant—an absolute disgrace. ||||Still, I tried to make the best of the evening, took a shower, and got into bed, hoping for at least a decent night’s sleep. That was impossible. ||||Almost immediately, I noticed a noise in the room and checked the A/C panel, but I initially thought nothing of it. However, once I turned everything off, the real issue became clear. The solenoid box (or BC box) for the entire third floor was positioned right above my bedroom, generating a relentless mechanical hum and the constant rushing sound of refrigerant—like a running tap that never stops. ||||It was loud, constant, and utterly unbearable. I recorded the noise levels on my Apple Watch, which sat between 41-45 decibels—essentially the same as trying to sleep with a dishwasher running next to your bed. There is absolutely no way the hotel was unaware of this issue, yet they still checked me into that room. ||||After a sleepless night, I finally rang reception in frustration. Their response? “You can speak to the manager in the morning.” ||||In the morning, I showed the staff video evidence of the noise, left my number, and waited for a call from the manager. No one ever called me back. Given the total lack of follow-up, I can only assume the **manager was the very person who checked me in—fully aware of the problem and simply choosing to ignore it. ||||The Bottom Line: ||-The food was dangerous —the burger was off, and it made me feel sick. ||- No sleep—the room was plagued by unbearable mechanical noise and refrigerant flow. ||- Zero accountability—management ignored my complaint and never followed up. ||||I left the hotel shattered, hungry, and feeling ill, with the hotel doing absolutely nothing to make things right. ||||Avoid at all costs. This place is a complete disaster.
