2 night stay.|Hotel is right beside the M5 but no noise can be heard inside. Plenty of free parking on a small estate shared with McDonalds, a Harvester and a small post office/store. We received a lovely welcome & checked in to our accessible room on the 1st floor. Room was close to lift as requested. The room was spacious, with plenty of room for wheelchair users. Bed was comfortable although am not sure it was a full size double, and when we booked there did not appear to be a twin accessible room available. The bathroom was bright & very clean with everything you need. Again plenty of turning room (for a wheelchair) and lots of grabrails.|I didn’t go down for my ‘free’ breakfasts but the staff assisted my husband by providing a tray for him to bring food up to our room. That was a big help for me as it meant that I didn’t have to rush to get ready.|There was an issue with my food in the evening but David (manager I think) soon resolved it with no issue.|After a long day out when we returned the car park was full but we were directed around to the pub area of the carpark.|Overall as a budget hotel I think it is probably one of the best we have stayed in - I was very impressed by the facilities and the staff. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely choose this hotel.

I stayed here for 6 nights for work. The hotel is in a rather unattractive location nestled between a motorway and McDonalds with a very busy car park but the staff are fantastic!||Check in was exemplary and my room was to brand standards (I stay in IHG hotels for over 209 nights a year). The room was spotless and quiet. ||Breakfast was good and typical of all Holiday Inn Express hotels but….:the juices do need improving! Sooo watery! ||The evening food is pretty good. I wish they had jacket potatoes like so many other HI Express hotels though.||The saving grace of this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and I love their support of the charity MIND. ||I would definitely stay again!

As a solo traveler the staff couldn’t do enough for me. I would have liked a bath in the room but it didn’t spoil the short experience. Everyone was friendly front desk/bar/cleaners. Breakfast was very good. The food could have been a little warmer. But not really a complaint. I will definitely stay there again.

Surprisingly very quiet hotel, even on the motorway side we heard no traffic noise. In room air conditioning was an unexpected bonus too. And the staff were so welcoming to our two little dogs. Karen, Diana and Sam in the breakfast room were exceptionally friendly.

Fab hotel, very friendly staff, we got a superior room, plenty room for our dogs bed on the floor and for them to play ans roam. Great shower with toiletries. Our dogs were allowed into the restaurant on the floor (not the carpeted area) Water bowls for the dogs at the door. Breakfast was great & lots of options.

Have stayed here many times when visiting family in the area. Accessible rooms are spacious and well designed, beds comfy and Dove shower gel, shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom with plenty of grab rails in the right places. Lovely fluffy white towels. Room clean and serviced daily.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful and are a credit to the place. Always polite and friendly.

Good breakfast included in the price with plenty to choose from. A microwave and ice machine is provided in the reception area, which is very handy.

The only gripe is blue badge parking spaces being used by people with no blue badge. This is difficult to enforce by the hoitel but perhaps ADDITIONAL signs would help to deter the offenders.

Was travelling on business and picked this hotel as it was right beside the motorway but still with easy access to Droitwich Spa railway station via bus or Uber for less than ten pounds.||Hotel is an older style express but still in decent condition and very attentive staff||If with a car you may find the car park an issue as it shares it with McDonald’s. And a harvester restaurant but despite it being busy inside the hotel was so quiet ||Comfortable bed and pillows basic but free breakfast are all plus points as are location in terms of other eating and social places. Iron and ironing board in room is helpful||Id certainly return if in the area again and needed to stop

Very warm welcome from Tanya and Diana on arrival. Clean, tidy room. Friendly, welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again. Big thank you to Tanya for all her attention, especially sorting out the left-behind jacket! Better coffee would be the icing on the cake at breakfast.
