After a longer than normal drive down due to the weather conditions we arrived and were greeted by the now very familiar staff who asked how we were and how had our journey been. This despite them being busy with supporters from the football stadium! We booked our car in before going off for lunch in the city centre to return at 2pm to access our room. On entering our room it was lovely and cosy and warm from the heater - brilliant as it -2 outside!!!

Where do I start. Positive, staff are friendly |First room they give us had such a bad smell I had to ask for another room the smell was dreadful.|The rooms are tired ,smelly and shabby. |Second room not much better ||I didn't dare put my suitcase on the carpet so I kept it on the tiles in bathroom.|I feel this hotel has been lived in way too much.|Carpets threadbare toilet leaked, no air conditioning and we had a portable heater in to heat the room, really I could go on forever. |Breakfast just ok.|This hotel needs to get it's act together I for one will never use it again and can!t recommend it.|We stayed in a Hilton last week same price| and it is superior to this hotel.|I will not be bringing my suitcase or clothes back into my home until fumacated.

Great hotel with spacious room, loved the way the bathroom door could either close the full bathroom off or just to the toilet which we have never seen before so it was great to be able to use bathroom while someone else was on the loo!
Good location with only a 20 minute walk to the centre. The parking is a big bonus as a lot you have to pay extra for or park else where.
The downside was we were woke up early hours which we presume were from other guests talking loudly and moving things around in their room.
The air conditioning system was broke but they did provide a fan for our room which was good but the room was still too hot, if the air conditioning was on then it would have made the stay even better. Also if they included mushrooms in the breakfast then it would have been the perfect breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The staff was always kind and helpful. The only issue we had was the air conditiining not working but still making a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

Located very close to the Walkers Stadium. Room was okay, but no A/C so reliant on plug in radiator to warm and opening the window to cool. Located on a busy road so quite noisy. Room was quite tired, wallpaper peeling, light flickering.and generally had a rather unloved feel to it. Breakfast was a very basic buffet, no choice of eggs. All together it was okay but not great.

Due to a show that was on at yhe King Power stadium, we were messed about for about an hour and had to go driving around 3 time till we were allowed to park, though this was not down to the hotel staff. The staff here are good and helpful, which was the best thing here. The building had no working air con, so there was a fan and electric heater in the room. In booking I asked for a quiet room, but room was on the side of the KING POWER Staideum, where a show was happening and was very loud 8:05AM approx there was banging sounds in the hotel (maybe cleaners?). The room itself was good with no problems other than the air con not working. I won't be back here again, which is ashame because the staff were good.

Overall experience was great!
Kids outside the hotel was running around, pressing all buttons in lift, but that’s nothing to do with hotel as place! Definitely would recommend hotel chain!
Will return (maybe not to Leicester hotel, but other one)!
