Good value for money. The staff were very helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. Our room was ready when we arrived early so we could use it. The young man on reception gave good advice about places to eat. Bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Room basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, location and staff. The Manager Yvonne does a superb job in ensuring guests are welcomed from check in to check out. The staff do a great job in ensuring a great guest experience, hence we return again and again. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Good onsite parking and excellent breakfast. Hotel priced reasonably and reflect the good offering. Can’t speak highly enough of Yvonne and her Team and the Hotel. Thank you HIE Lincoln Team. Look forward to returning soon. Marcus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful on check in. Our room was really nice and very spacious. The breakfast was served at a great time as we are early risers and there was a wonderful selection

We arrived on Friday , clean and tidy reception area. Very welcoming.|Staff throughout the hotel were polite, efficient and helpful. |Our twin room was spotless, bathroom was spacious and clean. Shower worked well and loved how they had Dove body wash and Shampoo. |Bed was comfy and your head sank into the lovely pillows.|Breakfast was fantastic, great choice of cereals, fruits, porridge.|Breads, jams, croissants.|Hot breakfast bacon, sausages, beans, scrambled eggs and a drinks machine for hot drinks. Lovely clean eating area. |Even the fire alarm going off at 3.55am due to morons pressing it did not dampen our spirits . It was dealt with in a professional manner. |Would definitely recommend this hotel. My friend and I enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay and hopefully coming back soon in the nearby future!! The breakfast and staff was great on all 24hr staff thanks again see you all soon x I loved the welcoming when we checked in was anazing, the room was fantastic, the housekeepers was brilliant I know how much hardwork goes into the prep of the rooms.As I am a housekeeper but I’m a private background enjoy my work a lot. Thank you to all the staff that made the break 100% for my birthday to was great I did tell them must of forget see you again soon.My speical thanks goes out to Nicky she was the main port of call and did see Emma when we just got back from a walk see you soon X You might see the red arrows we seen everyday X

A great stay in a convenient city location near to the large university buildings and accommodation. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Great shower and I liked the option to close the toilet away with the bathroom door. The breakfast is very tempting with a good solid selection of hot and cold items which, the staff kept topped up. The location means there is a large variety of shopping and restaurants close by. also if not driving the station was a 7 minute walk away.

From booking in to leaving was perfect. We stayed here a couple of years ago and we said at the time we would never stay here again but we recieved a voucher as a present for the hotel so we gave it another try. Couldn't fault it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and breakfast was good. I'd just improve the breakfast by having different pastries apart from just croissants. Would definitely come back again.

Check-in and check-out process was seamless, greeting was friendly and registration system was professional.

I liked the functional design of the room and the partitioning of the bathroom. Cleanliness was good. Mattress was supportive.

Breakfast registration was very quick. Dining area was large with ample spacing between tables which was good.
